The suggestion this morning is that it will be Motherwell's Scott Leitch who has being doing a bit of coaching for them since his injuryon the first day of th season. A bit of a risky appointment if true but ICT have done OK ith untried managers in the past.

Over the two seasons we have been in the SPL Mark Brown has been without doubt our best and most consistentplayer. A new two year deal for him must be a priority.

Ian Black is probably the most likely first team regular to leave butit will take a club record bid for us to part with him.

I never thought for minute that I would be wishing success on Rangers but that's now our only hope. The only problem is that they seem as hopeless as ever whereas Hearts seem to have rediscovered a bit of form.

To remain undefeated post split would be a big improvement on last season.

It's certainly a bit more interesting than it was a week or two ago at the foot of the table.

I would be very happy if we managed to stay in the top league for the next ten years. However, we will do very well to do so with our resourses.

Much as I detest change this site is quite interesting. Well done to Scotty and the others who have obviously laboured long and hard over it's creation.

While the split generates some temporary interest for a game or two for mid table teams such as ourselves, I'd much rather see the back of it.
