  1. So you realised that your actions were counter productive and you and all the neds should not have entered the field of play? We got there in the end Dougal
  2. Bannerman and his ilk would allow us to merge with anyone if they saw personal gain on the horizon. He’s already put it out there in the local press but back tracked immediately when he realised the outraged backlash he got from same article. Morale of the story Do not trust the weasel!!! Dougal
  3. 30 years ago you were a sneaky little weasel and it appears 3 decades on not much has changed. There must be another Beano or Dandy book on the horizon to spew out. Just leave the football to the real football supporters off you trot to the Queens Park Running track for one last lap before the bulldozers move in. Dougal
  4. Jack you sound like a Ned if I’m being honest. Whether the fans were one timers as you put it or actual fans it does not make the slightest bit of difference NO fans should have been on the pitch. The limited photos downloaded on line are quite frankly embarrassing not only to ICT but to Inverness as a city. Dougal
  5. Just shows how daft the young team are anyone who indulged in that kind of behaviour on the pitch in full view of live tv cameras have to be a few sandwiches short of a picnic. Wouldn't be surprised if there will be a few banning orders dished out as a result. Having said what I found most amusing were the ones that stood at the half line but refused to cross the line like it was some sort of barrier. Dougal
  6. Really? If I voted my team out of existence I would but each to their own I guess we all have different perspectives. Dougal
  7. Odd or old or both? Dougal
  8. Maybe they are too scared in case he sticks the nut on them? Dougal
  9. It’s ok to have a guilty conscience I guess for some anyway. Dougal
  10. Reminiscing of such an era from memory you were the only Caley fan I knew who ever ran from Elgin. But then you had previous being a Septic scarfer running from Aberdeen and Hibs casuals. Dougal
  11. Well to be fair we as older fans were all warned from the birth that a day like this would come. I have certainly being slated over the years for my views but once again I’ve being proved sadly right. FACT there would be as many Invernessians celebrating last night as there would be crying. The DNA is fundamentally wrong it reminds me of dolly the genetically modified sheep. Important thing is how we now go forward I personally thing part time football is a given if the clubs finances being reported are correct. Sad reality is a lot of people will lose their jobs if this is the route that’s taken. Regroup and restructure over the summer is the answer hopefully administration is just a malicious rumour because if that happens we will start next season with a -10 point deficit Dougal
  12. What is wrong with these morons? Ok I suppose you could argue that stewarding and policing were totally inadequate for such an important game but for them all to troop onto the park at the final whistle was a disgrace. Apart from the odd skirmish and pavement dance this could have turned really nasty. I believe there was trouble after the game too but thankfully I left straight after the final whistle so never saw anything. How many times over the years have this group of neds been an embarrassment to ICT there are far too many to list but nothing ever happens. One positive that these types will hopefully disappear next season in the seaside leagues as they go back to follow their big teams. Maybe it’s society as a whole but I feel Inverness is fast becoming the biggest toilet in Scotland certainly not the safest place anymore like it was when I was growing up sadly. Dougal
  13. The warning signs were clearly evident at the Montrose games I’m afraid it wasn’t a surprise to me or the fans around me the way we capitulated. A team full of jobbers who will now all toddle off into the horizon along with the so called manager and the so called guardians hopefully. Shame on them all They shall not be missed Dougal
  14. It is all quite simple and it’s solely down to the so called guardians and blazers who correct me I’f im wrong initially handed out free season tickets and hired in help to outvote the real fans and members? Decades of deliberately failing to communicate with the new fan base probably using the naivety of same fan base to inflate their egos and take the club down this route of destruction. Vast overspending and paying inflated wages chasing the pipe dream that Inverness could support an SPL club despite having such a very poor fan base and no rich backer. This amazingly continues today if we are to believe what big Duncan’s rumoured wage is. Yes we got to the SPL won the Scottish Cup and entered Europe but at what cost? The cost is what we are currently witnessing serious decay due to gross mismanagement and neglect it would be difficult to argue otherwise although there are still sadly some happy clappers/deluded halfwits on here that will. It could be argued the next 2/4 games are the most important games in the clubs short history failure to get through these successfully is a quite frightening prospect. Dougal
  15. You being the expert regarding dogs from the hayloft and Dillinger's halcyon days. After today’s results it’s sadly out of our hands all we can do is try and win or at least draw next Saturday and pray QP implode. The great Highland Franchise Experiment has never looked so fragile shame on the so called guardians and blazers. Dougal
  16. Credit where credit is due Big Dunc got the result despite his many doubters so he should be loudly applauded for that alone. We are obviously not still safe but it gives us a platform for the last few games and it’s basically in our own hands. Even more surprising though seeing the Immoral Green brigader at the game tickets at Porkheid must be on the scarce side while the title race is so tight. Well done to Big Dunc and the players delighted for Cameron Harper being a local Dougal
  17. Signed Danger beyond belief these Neanderthals are allowed to wander the streets of sneck. Sad reality is though that there are more than likely a number of ICT on here that are Campsie members and endorse this Dougal
  18. This might not be a popular opinion with some but i feel it needs to be said I don’t think anyone in a sane mind would set up a monthly direct debit to a football club that has been a financial catastrophe for years. This is the same club that still owns numerous local businesses money after the concert fiasco if I’m not mistaken. Will this extra income go to paying off the debt? Maybe the trust need to expand further where this extra money should go or be directed towards? Do the Trust honestly believe having a Trust member on the board will seriously make a difference? Same member will be outvoted at every given opportunity by the existing so called guardians of the club!!! As STFU states above there must be other options for action and this is what the Trust should be looking at. Dougal
  19. In principal the idea is ok I suppose but sadly ICT don’t have the fanbase for such an initiative to be viable. Ok the Trust or whatever they call themselves now are trying their best but the reality is that blazers have never once engaged with the fans and I include every board here not just the present. Stronger Together also sounds like a Unionist term unfortunately but i guess possibly cleverly it may well pander to the Orc regime upstairs. Good luck to the Trust nevertheless. Dougal
