Scottish Cup 2015 - Semi-finals
Think there's one 6:50 bus that gets in at 10:25. There's another before ko but you'd be really struggling to get to Hampden on time.

Another merger thread imminent... Nothing to do with the merger but relates to insulting and disrespecting the history of the club and a fair number of it's supporters. You may observe, from user names if nothing else, that there are a number of regular users on this site who are Jaggies. As far as I can see, not a single one of whom has the ignorance or arrogance to refer to the club as Thistle. Lol

If it's an early Sunday KO I'm definitely heading down the day before.

I found that game more frustrating to watch than entertaining. Being ahead 3 times and not winning is frustrating to me tbh. Our usually solid defence seemed to lack communication on several occasions. Good to bag 3 goals though and Christie was great. Ref, particularly in the second half was utterly tragic. Massive game on Tuesday!

WELL IT ISNT WORKING IF THE QUALITY THEY HAVE SOURCED ARE HORNER AND IBRA AND DONT SAY WE DIDNT NEED PLAYERS BECAUSE OF OUR CURRENT SQUAD IT IS NOT SO LONG AGO FANS WERE SUGGESTING BILLY HAD SHOT HIS BOLT AND WE NEEDED A NEW FORWARD -THIS SCOUTING REGIME COMES UP WITH IBRA!!! PERSONALLY PREFERRED THE GUYS MARSELLA TOOK TO THE CLUB WHY SO ANGRY! !!!!?????- Graeme Shinnie
Not sure whst you expect the board to do? We will quite rightly only offer what we can reasonably afford and I'm confident we offer the best we can. We can't force players to sign and we can't force clubs to buy them mid contact for compensation. Would you prefer we went into debt to keep some players? ETA - and what Scotty said. I hadn't got that far down the thread...- Disgusting ICT 'fan' behaviour at Hamilton
Again, it's not language I'd personally be shouting at a game (in the same way I wouldn't join in any 'Dirty G***y Bas.....' songs), though I do use the f word from time to time. However I accept that it goes on, particularly from the more vocal in our support, in very rare occurrences I may add and if I had a child with me (as I have done on several occasions) I'd take steps to mitigate their potential exposure. If people get into trouble for things they sing/say that's on them, I'm not the morality police. Personally I think that everything considered people are very quick to be offended these days. As a grown up I've witnessed some sadly awful things, but people giving Imrie pelters? It's not up there for me. Sorry. If you have a spare moment please do point out the unreasonable replies cos I really can't find them.- Disgusting ICT 'fan' behaviour at Hamilton
People calling Imrie a C**t doesn't bother me greatly tbh, I don't particularly like the word but hay ho. There are may things I get concerned about in my life but people swearing in a football ground isn't one of them. I find things like the 'Diane Brittan song' far more objectionable. Some of what you state as facts are not the case - OP states there were no stewards. Wrong there were and I witnessed them coming up the stairs on several occasions. OP states that they are 'without a doubt the biggest scumbag they've ever seen at a match' how do they know that they could have seen wife beaters, or far worse, but because they didn't swear at Dougie Imrie, they're OK. I don't see who's been unreasonable on this thread, people have had differences of opinion, just as people will have different takes on what's morally acceptable at a football game.- Disgusting ICT 'fan' behaviour at Hamilton
Hold on, surely the OP is fully entitled to their view on the subject and others are entitled to their own and disagree? Not sure what you men by 'turn the tables' or 'mob rule' The mob rule I see on the thread seems to be trial by forum where people are suggesting photos and or videos of people who presumably have not given their permission to be posted here. In all seriousness I was just in front of the person(s) being discussed and while the comments directed at Imrie were particularly vociferous and frequent, it's nothing I haven't heard directed at him before. The people who I believe were upset were possibly 3/4 rows in front of me and although it was busier than normal there was still seats near the front that they could have moved to imo. I sometimes take my 3 year old to games and when she's with me I stay a fair distance from the 'singing section' when I don't have her, which is majority of the time I like to be closer by, while not directly in among it. Perhaps we should have a poll on here to clarify what language is OK, what context it is OK to say in and what frequency of language is OK, I said the same to my Twitter cronies. The weird animal noises did irritate the hell out of me though.- Contract Situation
Not too surprised he's going but a disappointing choice of club, aside from the obvious wage increase very much a sideways step imo.- Team for County.
We should rest the first team and play the under 20s.- Disgusting ICT 'fan' behaviour at Hamilton

Don't give a monkey's what the pundits say - it's good for us to fly under the radar. Let Celtic, Aberdeen and DUFC take it in turns to be the golden boys, and then we'll steal in at the last moment to take the prize! After that performance, we really must believe that there is nobody at all to fear in this league. What's really pleasing is the strength in depth: a couple of key players out - no problem! And think of those on the bench: Christie, Devine etc! Spare a thought for Liam Polworth - great potential but 2nd or 3rd in the pecking order for midfield. Same could be said of Devine. Smile and wave, boys, just smile and wave... Agreed, who cares what some hack journo thinks?
