This is on the money. I absolutely believe that no positive change will happen at the club until Morrison manages to see the light with Gardiner and bin him. I really can't fathom why he is so besotted by him, he has a constant, long running record of failure in every aspect. He's soured every relationship the club as and I can't think of one thing that he's done which has improved the club. However Morrison says that he's 'been loyal to the club' well I'd be loyal too if my employer was paying me allegedly close to £100k a year and it didn't matter how big a failure I was. 😂 I can only assume Gardiner is holding one of the Chairman's children hostage or has compromising pictures or something. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! After we were relegated I fully expected to quickly hear the Gardiner was going - do we really need an expensive CEO in League 1 anyway?! Gardiner is a toxic, pathetic failure in our club who has turned us into a laughing stock and sadly after 15 years, I won't be back at Caledonian Stadium until he's gone.

No. If we go bust it's our fault, or apparently the fault of the Supporters Trust if they encourage it. But certainly not his or Gardiner's for their epic trail of failures, or Ferguson's for his inability to learn from mistakes. It absolutely blows my mind that somehow Morrison sees Gardiner as indispensable because it's all hands on deck. Instead we move the day-to-day day down to Kelty which suits our Manager to the ground.

There's a risk there won't be a club left. It won't be the fault of the supporters though. There have been chants of "Gardiner GTF" for weeks but he doesn't care he believes he knows best. The club have shown for years that they don't care what the fans think or listen to a word the fans say. Why would they suddenly change that now? 🤷‍♂️

I fully believe that Gardiner would put his own ego and narcissistic tendency before the good of the club. The board are acting as a bunch of enablers for it. Can anyone actually state anything good and positive he's brought to the club during his tenure? Getting Puma as kit manufacturer maybe? Can't think of fk all but maybe I'm blinded by my disdain for him.

Around where I sit there are folk from Invermoriston, Ardersier, Nethy Bridge, Tornagrain, Tomatin and Aviemore.

All opinions are valid. An echo chamber is never a good thing. If you feel the current regime are right with their stellar record of - failed concerts, failed live streaming, awful commentary on said live stream, alienating the volunteer media team, souring the relationship with the local authority, failed battery farm application, employing Robertson as a Sporting Director (we're still paying him) where he did virtually nothing, extending Dodds' contract then sacking him 6 games later, promoting Raise the Roof and then closing the stand, releasing a WATP orange strip on the 12th of July, paying Ferguson £4k a week with a past record of failure (then failed to keep us up when the manager we turned down kept his team up), failed hospitality, ignoring and alienating the Supporters Trust, damaging our reputation with local businesses, having our lowest finish in a quarter century, stopping all family activities like Christmas parties and end of season events, not having player of the year, having no openness or even basic communication... If you think after all they've achieved in the last 5 years, they're the ones who have the answers, that's your perogative.

Although the recent Kelty nonsense has deflated me further I made the decision some time ago I would not renew if Gardiner is still employed regardless of other circumstances. I won't keep giving my money while that clown is in charge and bit by bit destroying the club. Scot 'WATP' Gardiner has made it abundantly clear he has no intention of listening to or trying to connect with fans, the Supporters Trust or anyone. The only power I have is to withdraw my custom. To do otherwise in my mind is to condone the direction he (and Morrison) are taking the club. I'm a busy bloke at the weekend anyway and have plenty other things I can do. Maybe even take in a Clach game or two.

As things stand and with Gardiner and Ferguson still hanging around like a stinky *****. I won't be renewing my season ticket. Making away games is a rarity for me with family and coaching commitments but if I can make the odd one I will.

I'm sure they/he will. They've ignored the ST at every turn including the well presented match day survey. They stopped the 'fans forum' after 3 closed sessions. They lied through their teeth to Section 94 (do they still exist?). They've had an non existent SLO for years - where is he in all this now? As soon as they were were even mildly challenging of the club they blocked TWS podcast. After the call to unity a couple of days ago this is all the more farcical. Surely the board can't be this oblivious? Gardiner is a cancer at the club and absolutely nothing will improve until he slithers away.

Oh well, perhaps I was far too generous of Morrison. Either he's drunk the Gardiner Kool-Aid or he's just plain off his nut.

Probably along the lines of "Thanks ICT for financially supporting us this coming season. We're delighted you've never once invested in any facilities yourself in 30 years".

Considering the recent statement contains: "the club's First Team Management feel we give ourselves the best possible chance to attract the highest quality players" I would assume that Ferguson is staying.

What facilities locally have we spent money on?

The club as such had near nothing to do with the Hub, in reality it's the ICT Community Trust and Inverness Athletic who are driving it. I would think it should have no direct impact.

I think someone like this on 2 year deal would be very interesting and certainly won't be 4k a week.
