If they had I'd imagine they'd be pretty quick to say. My guess the club isn't saying anything further so there's nothing more to comment on.

Scott and Fiona do a lot more beyond their normal jobs I believe.

Going by the evidence and past behaviour, no. It seems he has one system he likes to play regardless of the opposition team or tactics and also regardless of players at our disposal, will persist with no plan B. However I haven't seen any preseason games other than Clach so maybe that's unfair.

Normally (I'm my limited experience) things stay confidential because it is 'commercially sensitive' and could be detrimental to either or both parties. The length of someone's notice is a nonsense in this regard as it is literally impossible to keep confidential. If SG leaves after 4 months, everyone will know it is 4 months long, if he leaves after 6 everyone will know it is 6 etc. It will be apparent regardless, the only difference being that if was shared, it could help the club in the short term and would have zero detriment to Gardiner in any way that I could see. ETA- it's of course quite possible that SG is just being petulant and the club have to do things by the book as he would love for something to slip so he could take legal action. He absolutely seems that kind of person. Perhaps I've worked in the lower paid public sector for so long that I take it for granted that things are open to scrutiny at all levels and your pay and contracts are public knowledge, you are accountable for every penny you spend etc.

I was told by Scott Young the SLO that it was for confidentiality reasons. Which is kinda odd because I believe he's not a direct club employee but is effectively subcontracted to the club for his 'services'. Or lack thereof. 😂

I have to be honest, I spent most of the ST money I put aside on car repairs a couple of weeks ago and being on holiday just now, then Belladrum coming up it's looking less and less likely I will be getting a ST at all for the coming year.

I have relegated 100% less clubs than Ferguson. Give me a 3 year deal on 4k a week and I'll give it a bash. I have my UEFA Grassroots Leader Award and will do my C- Licence if ICT pay for it too. 👍 ETA- already live local in a Tulloch house so no need for expensive additional housing costs.

Still nothing on the away kit. So unlike the club to miscommunicate, say things and then go silent, leaving everyone shrugging their shoulders. People will start thinking we're an inept and disfunctional football club.

Virtually everyone I've spoken with (who hasn't renewed) has said they they will once they are assured Gardiner has left. Hardly scientific but I do speak with quite a few ICT fans.

I believe that we're banking on a monorail to be built between the stadium and Kelty which will solve all our woes (optional stop may be built at North Haverbrook) 👍

That's exactly what it feels like. Surely no club could be so clueless and incompetent as to act this way. The only reasonable explanation is that this is by design. It's made even more ridiculous as most fans are looking for some positivity, some kind of reason to reconnect, get their season tickets, to buy the merch. However the club refuse to communicate anything to fans (or players for that matter) regarding, well anything at all. Utterly bizarre and pathetic in equal measure.

Been saying for years he's a *** tbh. From the Pixalot and Fan's Forum debacle it was clear he was useless and didn't want any fan engagement whatsoever. I emailed him after 'bald linesman gate' outlining a bunch of suggestions to improve the offering and the awful commentary. No acknowledgement at all. Emailed re the fans forum, same effect, emailed re family events no reply, emailed re kids Christmas parties, guess what? Only in the last few months have I ever had any kind of reply from Scott Young on the SLO email. Hell, fans of various clubs were laughing at us and saying we'd made a massive mistake as he was utterly incompetent wherever he has been (similar to Ferguson). We are generally such a passive support though and even if we spoke up, what avenue would we have? Gardiner set it up so that absolutely everything had to go through him, had no SLO and no present board. Even if we got through to the board they seemed to be besotted by Gardiner for some utterly baffling reason.
