  1. I think you'll find they are. They have to be registered, by law, and ICT have always seemed very efficient at complying with this requirement. There are dozens of former and current directors on the record.
  2. I rather like the idea of a 5 man front line each scoring 20+ goals - that would certainly bring the fans back!
  3. I'm afraid you are 100% incorrect there!
  4. Everything you say is correct except for the important bit that is actually relevant here! When you say "The Chairman should not be a director" I think you are completely wrong. Whether or not a chairman is executive or non exec, they still have to be a director!
  5. Fine to be non-exec, but any Chairman (of the Board of directors) has to be on the board of directors and must therefore be a director in the first place!
  6. ***Update*** Having just looked at Companies House today, it appears that Willie Finlayson is still NOT a director. Current directors are Ian MacDonald, David Cameron, Allan Mackenzie, Alan McPhee, Graeme Rae and Ken Thomson. At the end of the season, Finlayson was recorded as having resigned, along with Gordon Munroe and Kenny Cameron. Richard Smith had already stood down in April. There is nothing filed to reappoint Finlayson. What's going on?
  7. Tell them we'll take their £50,000 but for OFW instead.
  8. Forres had quite a few first teamers missing too. Whilst the result today didn't really matter, I can't help feeling that we should have been capable of scoring more than 1 against them.
  9. Foy, according to the team sheet.
  10. Our number 6, looks like it could indeed be him.
  11. That was a Elbouzedi.
  12. McKay scores on 75 mins, 1-0 to us. Edit to add - and that's the way it finished.
  13. Could it be Jack Leitch, son of Motherwell's Scott? A midfielder, he joined Airdrie last season on a contract until May. Can't find any news on him either extending or leaving.
  14. Yes it must be Zak Elbouzedi, an Irish/Libyan right winger/forward who moved from Malahide to W Brom as a youngster. According to Transfermarkt he stopped featuring for their U21s last November.
  15. To an extent, yes, but we obviously won't be able to read too much into it when we'll be cobbling together a team of whoever's fit along with trialists and guys who've only just met their teammates. (Just getting our excuses in early!)
  16. Foran. Doubt he ever saw him play though.
  17. If it is true about Boden's salary, he has to be right up there amongst our worst ever signings. At least Barrowman scored a few goals. I shudder to think how much we had to pay him to leave. Looks like he is going to sign for Wrexham.
  18. Both names appear completely underwhelming due to lack of first team appearances, even though they've been at clubs quite a way down the league system, and also they have history of injury. But maybe that's just the market we are in now.... On the plus side they are still young at 21-22 and if they stay injury free we might see their true potential.
  19. Not for the first time you've made my day, dear! And don't listen to Mantis, he's just jealous
  20. No they didn't. They chose their words carefully in outlining the position as it stood at that time.
  21. Yes they signed Dylan Bikey in Jan, had him for just a few weeks, loaned him back then released him at the end of the season. He's 22 and French.
  22. But equally, think what a terrible team you could assemble with that logic!
  23. Quiet! But friendly.
  24. It's about 7 miles or 15-20 minutes in a car, so not so easy - unless you can persuade the couple to switch the wedding to one of the pubs near the ground. Think of the money they'd save! Edit to add: the name of this one confirms that it is very upmarket, and even has a function room! The broken windows might have even been replaced by the time the big day comes.
  25. No rules on that, but there are rules preventing him leaving the pitch without permission in order to tend to a call-out.
