  1. BBC app live reporting said it was Brad who scored (whilst not on the pitch. That would’ve been worth seeing. ) They’ve just corrected it.
  2. Keatings, Storey and Welsh drop to the bench.
  3. The rarity of Saturday fixtures is something we have in common with the UK’s top sides.
  4. You can always turn the sound off. I kept it on, but in the second half it was getting tempting to turn the picture off. It’s very rare that I shout at a screen but tonight I did, it was so frustrating to watch that pish.
  5. If Robbo had any sense he would be training the youth teams to copy his signature and get a wee production line going.
  6. This explains it. The reason we couldn’t make any signings in the January window is that we were saving the ink in the club biro for this.

We’ve had a few good results against England in recent years but haven’t been that dominant since the 1980s. Possibly Scotland’s best performance of the professional era, even though we still failed to convert a few good chances. Consistent performances like that would put us in contention, but we don’t have a track record of consistency after a great result. Could this be different?
  8. Did anyone else do a double take when they saw that?!
  9. You know Dundee are spending big when one of their players is on A Question of Sport! (noticed Charlie Adam on it last night). Even in our heyday as 3rd best side in Scotland and cup winners there was no chance of that happening.
  10. I’m old enough to remember when deadline day was something for us to get excited about!
  11. With County having sold Stewart to Sunderland it is perhaps less likely that they will be loaning out a striker, but who what others signing they will be making.
  12. Almost exactly 10 years ago. Feels like Doran been with us forever!
  13. It’s only really us with a large backlog. They’ll just make us play several games a week to catch up.
  14. Wonder what the manager’s instructions were at half time?
  15. It’s because everyone knows they’d be expecting regular first team football, which is something Robbo wouldn’t be able to guarantee.
  16. Yngwie replied to RiG's topic in Caley Thistle
That was really good, listening to ICT’s most modest legend just talking openly and honestly. Brought back so many memories of that era, and it really helped that he has such good recollection of games and events from 15-20 years ago. Credit too to the interviewers who did a very professional job and had clearly done a lot of research and preparation which didn’t go noticed.
  17. Sean Rooney bullet header for St J in league cup semi.

Which gives him more satisfaction- scoring the goal that knocked Celtic’s UEFA cup finalists out of the Scottish Cup, or having a podcast named after him?
  19. It would seem a bit strange to permit contact and close proximity for 90 minutes except when a goal is scored, but I guess the aim is to minimise non-essential contact. But then when you think about it, football is entirely non-essential to start with. And on the subject of contact in sport, there can’t be anything worse than rugby scrums, still happening!
  20. Are they expected to answer this without knowing what happens next eg season delayed or abandoned, season void, current places apply or is it points per game, no play offs etc?
  21. Hopefully the season doesn’t get cancelled until Dundee have completed a few more high wage signings.
  22. Easy to imagine that our season could be over. We’ve seen before how 3 weeks becomes 3 months and so on.
  23. In one of the interviews he has done this week he mentions his desire to get into coaching/management but has had no success from 50 per 60 applications, so he taken a part time job coaching football at a private school.
  24. From Victoria Park to Victoria Park. Could make it all the way to Hampden playing at a ground with that name if you also drew Vale of Leithen and, erm, Hartlepool.
