With a bit of imagination the chorus to “In the Navy” could be modified to “In The Jailend”!
  2. But tonight just confirms his status as an ICT legend!
  3. Disappointed that there doesn’t seem to have been any post-match comment from John Hughes yet! Are they all still in their changing room?
  4. Only15 seconds between County’s corner and us scoring 😀
  5. Did they win then?
  6. Buckie Thistle gave us more of a fright than County did!
  7. And it’s a pity too that County’s fans weren’t there, so we could have watched them streaming out when Sutherland scored our third!
  8. Just a slight pity that our fans weren’t there to see a derby win in Dingwall that will be remembered for a long time. Not often that we win it as complete underdog.
  9. What a win, I was not expecting that! We took our chances really well, but County’s defending 😀
  10. It’s not Good Friday, it’s flippin Great Friday! 😀😀😀

Against Scotland tonight, the Israel keeper is wearing the ICT pink away shirt (but with a different badge, of course).
  12. That’s a comparison that is very unfair on Vogts given Kenny’s 0% win rate with Ireland and Berti’s 26% with Scotland (and he had previously won Euro 96 with Germany). Hard to see Kenny lasting much longer, but it was maybe a bit of a surprise that he even got the job. Ireland had a string of big name managers then this guy whose only managerial success was with clubs in Ireland (after taking Dunfermline down to 2nd bottom in the Championship). Luxembourg aren’t the mugs they used to be though, with at least a couple of players in credible leagues.
  13. But that’s only 45 minutes.....unless of course you recommend that we listen to it twice, which I’m sure you do!
  14. 3 international goals in the space of a few days is pretty impressive. Remind me, how many goals did he score when he was when playing mere club football for us?
  15. Pity that Raith and QotS got wins today, but all we can do is keep winning our own matches. That’s 1-0, 1-0, 1-0 in the last 3 and long may that continue even if it isn’t particularly exciting to watch.
  16. We didn’t really deserve 3 points there. Game had 0-0 draw written all over it, with Toddy’s great header being the only moment of quality.

Fantastic end to a great game, bringing to a close a thrilling tournament. Who’d have thought that big men charging into each other could be so enthralling!
  18. If I could tie up one of those players it would be Carson, but I fear he’s one of the least likely to stay, and that even if he chooses to remain in the Highlands it might not be with us.
  19. Had he been fit I’m sure he’d have been a first choice defender. But he was never fit, sadly for everyone.
  20. Yes, opposite side to what we watched live. Much better recognition of light and colour too, the club stream was quite gloomy.
  21. We were staggeringly uncreative going forward. But hey, we are through to the next round and, more than that, we actually managed a rare win against a part-time side!
  22. Credit to Buckie who, taking into account their 3 month lay off, were much better than I expected and I wonder if that surprised our team slightly too. They certainly wanted it more.
  23. Was about to say we’re in real danger of losing this, we’ve been so poor in this half.
