  1. tuffey being on all set plays as he obviosly practises them the most and has the best strike out of all our players
  2. lucas podolski?, mario gomez?
  3. pornographic
  4. id love both them jonsson is a good young defender who is fairly regular in the iceland team and sutton does what he does whether its true is another matter as for david davis the boys been outstanding this season hope we can keep him my fear would be mick mccarthy wanting to take him back or loan him to a championship team

  6. esson meekings-tokely-hogg-gillet cox a.shinnie--davis hayes-------------------------foran tade subs: tuffey, piermayr, g.shinnie, tansey, morrison, ross, sutherland if meekings is out piermayr in
  7. It's funny what a good voice on the radio will do! I remember a few years ago, Brewster got rid of Barry Wilson and Dennis Wyness and he was absolutely crucified on here. Now, Wilson I agree maybe had a bit more to give, but Wyness was injury prone and had been past it for the best part of three years! Munro and Duncan are essentially in the primes of their career for the positions they play, unlike Wyness and Wilson who were on the way out (at least Wilson was replaced by Morais!). I wonder if it had been Butcher who'd gotten rid of these two, then the attitude would be different? You can't always replace experience with youth, it doesn't work like that. Have you ever seen Meekings at centre-back? No, neither have I. Has Terry even? He might be a good full back but rubbish at centre-half for all we know. Sitting bottom of the league, nah it doesn't matter! And so will his. But to put it in perspective, Wyness's time had come to an end. Wilson's time was coming to an end. McBain's time had come to an end. Golabek's time ended years ago. Duncan and more importantly Munro's time wasn't over. They had much more to give and wanted to give it - and you know it. i just think more backing needs to be given to butcher by fans on this forum instead of looking at the 2 players he got rid of look at the likes of meekings, a.shinnie, piermayr, tansey, and tade, who have all done well for us so far, munro on his own would not keep us off the bottom of the league no 1 player can have that much of an effect its a team sport munro was 3rd choice centre back at the end of last season, he isnt as much of a loss as people are making out i just want to move on from this whole subject, its getting old. its a new dawn at tcs and its time to look forward and not back
  8. munro and duncan are gone time to move on if hogg hasnt replaced munro then we have a reliable young 19 year old in meekings who will im not going to sit and whinge about what butchers done by getting rid of munro because i dont think it matters he done alot for the club but everyones time comes to an end.
  9. im presuming that proctor was getting used in the middle as an aerial pressence gillet looked caught in 2 minds from where i was sitting he looked to sort of go towards it a yard and then stopped ad decided to go back towards jonnsonn but it was to late and the ball was in the back of the net not a good day for gillet either yesterday
  10. It'll be even worse next season if the current trend keeps up. Make of this what you will, but I have been very reliably informed that Butcher's hit-list ain't over yet. He got rid of Duncan, he got rid of Munro, there's one more left. munro for hogg duncan for tansey i dont see what butchers done wrong there duncan wasnt exactly a mainstay last season he played his fair share but he wasnt vital to our season munro in january was replaced by hogg our squad would look stronger with munro in it without a doubt but he wouldnt start every game he would be a fill in centre back for hogg or tokely which we could of done with because of our injuries but what could butcher do about that he isnt psycic munros a valuable part of our past but its time to look forward as for the one left i asume this is tokely and i believe this is bulls**t why would butcher get rid of the only player that has played 90% of the games hes been in charge of unmoved the whole 3 years almost tokelys been the most consistent performer of of butchers reign in charge. come the end of the season i believe tokely will be getting offered a new contract but i also believe it will be his last 1 or 2 years i dont know. thats just what i think but we can speculate what we want but its butchers team and i believe hes the man for the job
  11. the good: esson, meekings, tokely, and a.shinnie were all superb today imo esson done what esson does another sterling performance one of the best keepers in the spl tokely was defending for 2 today and he got a goal. hogg was not at the races so credit to tokely for keeping the defense in order meekings vs templeton= 1-0 to josh done a great job to keep him quiet looks a good signing a.shinnie looked our most threatening player goal scoring wise forced kello to make 2-3 good saves the average: hayes was not himself decision making was poor and he didnt look confident enough to take on their left back but did still give hearts something to think about and his set piece delivery was decent tansey didnt have his best game wasnt a bad performance by any means but missplaced passes and trying to hard to find the perfect pass failed him tade finishing was poor, worked the hearts defense, should of got a penalty, typical tade still love him though foran his usual keep the ball but go nowhere trick he seemed to have hamill for pace somhow though, (get down the gym fatboy) kenny gillet fairly solid possibly at fault for their first goal the poor: david davis just seemed to walk into trouble whenever he got the ball worst performance in an ict shirt from him but hes been brilliant thus far for us so il let him off hogg likewise he struggled against sutton today he seesms to get sucked in to easily think he needs an out an out holding midfeilder in front of him its just as well tudor-jones is back training the sooner he get back the better the subs: proctor: ahhh nick ross: good to see him back shane: 2 minutes of trying to beat a 6ft 4 centre back in the air not clinical enough and not good enough as a unit at the back
  12. barrowman scored lennon should be out!
  13. esson meekings-tokely-hogg-gillet cox davis------a.shinnie foran------------------------------------hayes tade subs: tuffey, piermayr, g.shinnie, tansey*, ross, sutherland, mckay *if tanseys suspended id put morrison on the bench i dont feel tanseys been performing to what we know he can do so id give him a rest for this game anyway. hes not been the same player since tudor-jones got injured

  20. He's already had surgery this season He had some sort of plate or bolt put in I think showed the scars last I seen him Sound lad hope he gets fit soon he could really push for the first team
  21. also the u17's are going well into the elite round of the euro qualifying unbeaten qualification table futures bright shame the u19's art going great
  22. not long till they are hopefully forrest, rhodes, wylde as a front 3 in the 4-3-3 looks exciting cairney looks neat and tidy in midfeild and the defense looks solid hanlon could well be a future scotland centre half and captain hes got a long career ahead but that front 3 is extremly talented give them 2 years and they will be starters without a doubt the futures bright
  23. Even allowing he only played for 4 seasons for rangers , hardly hall of fame material ! won numerous trophies there managed motherwell for 5-6 years and has now been our manager for almost 3 years over 10 years in scottish football plus he has been assistant manager for the national team id say hes been a good servant to scottish football
  24. hence the "i doubt it" at the end
  25. Probably better phoning in I did hear a rumour it was a sell out but I doubt it
