yeah i was thinking about starting my own tabloid paper, think itd be a great laugh

havent been on ze internet all day harry! ive never posted knee jerk reactions or 'get it up ye' messages anywhere after poor results and im glad nobodies come on to give any kind of support for your attempt to do exactly that, with a single good one. im not going to say one game doesnt change a thing because it can, not this one though. like i said in that quote theres 7 games left this season, the next 6 are far more important. and anyway, silence is golden, takin the **** smiley... we drew with the huns 1-1 away at ibrox :017: aye am gutted :015:

messenger sound system at the bongo club cheers! brilliant result and the effort is a credit to the f#kin shirt, proud of all 10 of them. said it in the chatroom before the game that we had pciked out best 11 (minus duncan for black) and this result proves exactly what we are capable of ive said tihs before but dont presume anything of the "anti cc" crowd on here, we are all ict fans aswell and love that we've done the huns again, doesnt change a thing though with regards to how we feel about the managers postion. yes there was alot of talk on here after we lost 3-1 at home to the side at the bottom of the league (lest you all forget) in our last game but that shouldnt take anything away from todays performance,, today was fuckin magic after being down a man and a goal so early between now and the end of the season we will see what christie can do longer term..... dont misread that, i know longer term means seasons but itll show us his ability to manage and motivate the team. we have 6 games left against our real league rivals coming up, thats where he and the current squad should be judged awesome today though, massive thumbs up from me :021:

No. He is playing for them because he has been solid for us ever since he returned to the club and deserves to be back in the squad. I have never been Richard's biggest fan, and indeed published a scathing article about him when he left us. However, as with most football stories there are two sides to every one of them and I can assure you (via impeccable sources) that we most definitely only heard one side at the time and that it was spun so effectively that it met itself coming back !!! Like most, I bought the spin hook-line-and-sinker but heard the real story a few years later when he was playing on the continent. Turning to the Canadian national side ..... Yes indeed, Canada have a mediocre team at the moment - football is not the national sport and although hundreds of thousands of kids play it every day in school, and there are thousands of after-hours/weekend 'soccer' leagues across the country, until very recently any half decent players had to head for foreign climes to ply their trade or just give up when they reached a certain age and turn their attention to Hockey, Basketball, Baseball or even Lacrosse which has traditionally been a higher paying career than 'soccer' as there was no clear route to a higher level within Canada. With all due respect to teams like the Toronto Lynx or Vancouver Whitecaps, they are on a par with the lower leagues of Scotland and when compared to other sports watching or participating in these leagues is not very attractive. In the last 6 months, the momentum and interest for football has been gathering speed, especially in Toronto. It is being plugged on TV on an almost daily basis, and the increase in its profile is amazing. This is due in no small way to Toronto FC being awarded an MLS franchise which will finally give young Canadian players a "goal" to aim for (pardon the pun) and a chance to actually make a career in their own country at a decent level. Toronto FC has sold out of season tickets (14,000) and half season tickets and other packages are being snapped up frantically and most of this happened even before the announcement that Beckham would sign for LA Galaxy and likely make his North American debut in Toronto. The national side has been plagued with ineffective management both of the team and its national body and recently the heads of both have been replaced. The side is currently managed by a 'caretaker' manager who hopes to get the job permanently and he seems to have given an indication with this squad that he will ditch the traditional method of picking players that has existed in the last few years which was to pretty much pick only Canadians playing in Canada [equivalent to Alex McLeish picking only players from SFL2 & 3] and instead cast his net to pick the best Canadians regardless of where they play. With Toronto FC committed to having a core of Canadian players, increased interest in the media, and hundreds of thousands of kids playing the game and now seeing a possible career in it, dont be surprised if Canada starts climbing the rankings quite dramatically .... It might take several years, but ignore them at your peril :004: ill take my chances and ignore them

not that strange a move considering the stage in the season, sure he'll have his options from both sides of the border over the summer what he did for motherwell that brewster never stayed with us long enough to do (and probably never wouldve) was guide them through a series of economic purges on the squad that most other coaches wouldve ran a mile from and somehow kept the club/young squad moving forward in yearly league postiions and cup competitions im a big big fan of his, ive no doubt if he were the ict coach we would be serious contenders for a top six finish next year and would attract a quality of player to the club we havent seen before. he'd improve everything surrounding the football side of the club; training, youth development, scouting etc i dont remember him ever haivng a budget to spend at motherwell either, would be interesting to see what he'd do with even a small one. him or bobby williamson would be my choice of coach if i was fortunate enough to be making these kinds of decisions comparing his credentials to cc's is laughable, its like comparing the vatican and the ferry.

could be some healthy competition for mentioned st johnston players when they inevitable bottle even more easy games, i think we could be making better offers to these gusy than the rest of the spl clubs likely to be sniffing martin johnstone .. :017:
