  1. obviously varies around the country, theres a few places people should have no fear buying (can be pin pointed down to the exact streets..!) but most of the property market is ridiculous just now. one place in scotland that seems to have a future is still glasgow, in he west of scotland theres been a decrease in price across the board, the merchant city and a few places in the west end (yorkhill/kelvinside mainly) have seen prices fall over 10% in the past year, 2 bedroom flat in the center of glasgow costs a fraction more than it does in inverness. you can interpret that as being a clear warning not to buy but i actually think the glasgow market is well ahead of the game in the uk, long term i dont see any reason why these areas should cost less to live in than edinburgh or especially aberdeen. 2 bedroom new builds in glasgow city center are selling between 110k and 200k, when the property market goes kaboom i dont think glasgow will be hit too hard. everybody should just go buy houses in brazil, iraq, russia or any country with more potential than the uk... what does 14k buy you in sneck? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-665...p;chnl=overseas
  2. ..probably working 9 till 5 in some horrible office or bank surrounded by ring tones, youtube and hairspray clacher 2017 :017: anyone in training to become an astronaut, pimp or trapeze artist?

  6. seen as its the international weekend, can we take bets on which county fan mcfcexile is?
  7. this sites gone mad
  8. seeking that recognition and being frustrated that the rest of scotland didnt see us put a shot wide on the bbc is evidence of having a small team mentalitiy! we dont have to prove ourselves to anybody, if we had won the game and the bbc had shown those highlights then youd have a case for being p1ssed off but otherwise it doesnt matter. how a falkirk, rangers or neutral fan ***** an ict defeat means very little to me and it should mean nowt to you too! :016: and i had to work saturday morning, there was no way of getting through to the game with any reasonable time to spare. my boss has discovered that ive been drawing up escape plans and has done her best to put a hault to it, shes even stopped me having days off so i wont go looking for work in person! saturday was one of those days. ive no idea when the next match ill get to will be, dont fancy celtic much so a trip home could be on the cards against hearts, ill let you buy me a drink with the money i gave you last week if the innes still exists
  9. does it really merit the wagging finger smiley though heres the facts - hibs 1 ict 0. they dont count brownie points in the spl, hence why attendance figures, shots on target or the quality of pies means hee-haw to me when my clubs rock bottom of the league i will admit its nice to see us play well or have a few shots on target in the highlights, when we win, otherwise they dont get a second thought
  10. couldnt have picked a better draw to be honest. we will go into the game showing the opposition alot of respect, which will inevitably lead to us crushing them 4-0, wiping out whatever little confidence they had in their ability to stay in this league once and for all so far every team thats come up against gretna have said they are the worst spl team theyve seen in years, we'll need to prove it!
  11. im sure the soft penalty and going down to 10 men didnt help but thats something our players need to get used to through there. they wont win many games maybe elgin will sort it out one day :017:
  12. its not so bad :004:

  19. i didnt know that, how the **** did that happen? you know i first heard 'the revolution will not be televised' from a documentary about the venezuelan government being overthrown about 4/5 years ago, then of course herons life work thereafter... all a whole half decade after bring it on home :001:
  20. im not surprised munro and bayne never played, both were favorites of brewster "" Fraser, Tokely, Watt, McCaffrey, McBain, Wilson, Black, Duncan, Cowie, Wyness, Nicuale Subs- McAllister, McDonald, Rankin, Morgan, Rigers."" to me that looks like he wanted to have a look at the following- watt, caff, mcbain, wyness, wilson, morgan, rankin, macdonald (did he play?) and cowie wouldnt read too much into the dropped players, if anything it means theyre already rated
