  1. The club’s report: https://ictfc.com/match-report-kilmarnock-0-1-ictfc
  2. Was at a wedding south of the border (no face coverings to be seen, people shaking hands, hugging and kissing….) so only catching up now. I sneaked a look at my phone at half time and full time and got two pleasant surprises, and great to read the positivity in the post match comments. I would anticipate we will make changes for the Buckie game, with most of the recent substitutes starting so they get game time. Then we have another top of the table clash at home to Partick, a team we have often struggled against. Hopefully we make it 5 out of 5 then. Noting the comments about MacGregor, when does the Transfer Window shut? Tuesday?
  3. We were never sure of the circumstances surrounding his departure from us, but Matheus Machado has signed for Elgin! https://www.northern-scot.co.uk/sport/elgin-city-sign-brazilian-matheus-machado-on-one-year-deal-248562/

  6. Both files were an interesting read, and it is good to get an insight into activities behind the scenes. As Fraz has said, a lot of good things potentially, and hopefully they come to fruition and help the club financially, helping us to get promotion.
  7. Good to see Kells in the squad photo for this season: https://ictfc.com/2021-22-squad-photo
  8. Good news: Mark Ridgers has extended his contract until the end of the 2023/24 season: https://ictfc.com/mark-ridgers-signs-new-contract

    3 out of 3

Didn’t spot that but noticed the noisy group moved to behind the goal second half. The security guard at the top of the stairs close to my seat had his radio volume up and at one point they were talking about a group of fans. Didn’t pick up on the whole story but they were being asked to ensure they had a witness “if it happened again”. No idea what the “it” referred to.
  10. Jordan White scored from the spot for County against Rangers this afternoon.
  11. On loan Lewis Nicolson sent off in Clach’s game yesterday.
  12. Report here including the goal and post match comments from Billy Dodds: https://ictfc.com/match-report-ictfc-1-0-ayr-utd Walsh definitely should be credited with the goal as the ball was not net bound when the defender tried to clear it and Walsh had the last touch regardless of the circumstances.
  13. Only ones I’ve noted today are Rory McAllister for Cove and Josh Meekings for Brora.
  14. I actually thought Gardyne had a good game. He generally used the ball well, and was tracking back to assist Deas, whilst also creating a couple of opportunities. I wasn’t convinced about signing him, but so far he has been doing ok. Whether he is a better option than Doran really depends on how fit Doran is. He looked sharp when he came on and displayed some good skills a couple of times.
  15. Another 1-0 win. We deserved it, but Ayr made a game of it. Duku should have scored early on which may have made it an easier afternoon. I thought the goal was put in by Walsh (or at least the ball in by Duku came off him) but see the BBC gave it as an own goal. Nice to have three clean sheets, but we did have a couple of comic moments at the back again. Carson was my top pick, closely followed by MacGregor. Good to see Welsh back too. His calmness helped when we were closing the game out. Nine points out of nine and a top of the table clash at Killie to look forward to. Let’s enjoy it whilst we can.
  16. Unless I’ve missed it, the summary promised “in the next 10 days” is already a more than a week late in appearing. Has anyone seen it?
  17. As a first timer in this, what happens to predictions when games are postponed or, as with Raith - Dunfermline last night, abandoned? Do the predictions carry forward for when the games take place or do we predict again? Thanks.
  18. Really looking forward to being back in my own seat, first time since we beat Queen of the South 3-1 on a windy night a lifetime ago. Having seen the Peterhead, Stirling and Raith games in the stadium and the Arbroath one on the livestream, I’m hopeful we maintain our recent form. I’d take a 1-0 win but hope for a win with a great performance and a few goals.
  19. Two for Jack Brown for Rothes and one for Andrew MacRae for Brora as their teams got through to the semi finals of the North of Scotland Cup last night. I see Elgin were involved (Rothes beat them 2-0). Did we not participate in it a couple of seasons ago?
