  1. Both Mackays and Hyde replaced at half time by Ridgers, MacGregor and Todorov. Looks like Toddy playing up front and Storey on the left.
  2. Alan will be delighted Storey is playing through the middle. Sutherland on the right. Mackay on the left. Keatings in his normal role.
  3. Make that 5-0 after 32. Hyde with the 4th. At least we are getting shooting practice!
  4. Welsh scored the opener. Our line up: https://mobile.twitter.com/ICTFC/status/1311010445214576641/photo/1
  5. I got a picture briefly so know we were one up by 6 minutes but it’s hung again!
  6. Not a great surprise unfortunately. I had hoped it may be possible to get to some games at Highland League level in advance of fans being allowed in our ground, but the league has been delayed again: http://www.hflhub.co.uk/index.php/2685-highland-league-season-paused
  7. This is in the Dundee Courier. Hard to work out what the catalyst was. I think he can play right back or centre half. He is only 21. https://www.thecourier.co.uk/fp/sport/football/st-johnstone/1593865/st-johnstone-defender-wallace-duffys-loan-to-morton-cancelled/
  8. We went for a walk along Dornoch beach on Sunday and had the same experience with the sea crashing against a wall despite it being pretty calm.
  9. Good for them! Hopefully if they have decent bandwidth we will get a clear view of the action.
  10. Thanks, an interesting watch. Some speedy movement and some decent finishes.
  11. Updated above after seeing list of sub numbers on the highlights. That said, looks like Harry Nicolson was wearing 19 rather than 20 so maybe he and Fyffe are the other way round. No idea how the quote got split into 3!
  12. Thanks. Good that Welsh is fit. Presumably Mckay, McHattie and Doran are all injured. Any info on how serious?
  13. Marley Watkins got his first Aberdeen goal as they beat County comfortably by all accounts. Vigurs sent off as he conceded a penalty.
  14. Match report on the club website: https://ictfc.com/match-report-elgin-3-7-ictfc-26-09-2020
  15. I saw Toddy listed as 17 so assumed Storey had inherited 9. The club website still shows last season’s numbers so not totally clear who will have what number. What we know so far: 1. Ridgers 2. ? Possibly B Mckay? 3. ? Possibly McHattie? 4. Welsh 5. Toshney 6. Devine 7. Keatings 8. Carson 9. Storey 10. Doran 11. Sutherland 12. MacGregor 14. Vincent (assumed) 15. D Mackay 16. Harper 17. Todorov 18. Allardice 20. H Nicolson 21. C Mackay (assumed) 24. Deas Not known unless someone has seen the subs numbers today: Fyffe Hyde Harkness L Nicolson (from a google search he was called up by Scotland under 15s in 2019 so presumably part of the development squad?) MacKinnon Have I missed anyone?
  16. Encouraging start. Will be interested to learn our formation and whether we changed it with the substitutions. Looking at the starting defence, other than Devine they are all youngsters and we have more experienced options available. Good to see most of our youngsters get game time Hopefully it has helped get some up to match sharpness and it helps Robbo pinpoint what and who we need to work on before the real stuff starts. Thanks to tm4j for adding the twitter updates in this topic too.
  17. Interesting line up with Nicolson starting at right back and good to see Harper, MacGregor and Mackay all starting along with all four new signings. Devine a bit of a surprise as captain. Is it a 4 4 2 with Sutherland and Todorov up front? Do we have any injury concerns at present, given the absence of Mckay, McHattie, Welsh, Carson, Vincent and Doran from the squad?
  18. It certainly does, even if just really a match to try to get some sharpness in before the league starts. Let’s not expect too much from today’s game. The team has not played since March and we have a few new faces including a largely new defence, so if we fail to make an impact today, let’s not get wild with them!
  19. Anyone know the dates of the Elgin friendlies? Whilst they will be behind closed doors, it is the first we will get any idea about the shape and fitness of the team and indications of who may emerge as our first choices.
  20. They have published initial games, contingent on Government confirming fans will be allowed to attend: http://www.hflhub.co.uk/ I hope I’m wrong, but I suspect fans will not be allowed given today’s developments. Presumably that will mean the games not going ahead, but who knows.
  21. Ryan Christie scored in Celtic’s 3-2 win against Livingston whilst Iain Vigurs scored the only goal as County beat St Johnstone.
