Ferguson Out
I got stick on here when backing the suggestion of Imrie for the job! Anyway, let’s not get distracted and give Big Dunc and the players our total support as they look to get us up the table.

Ferguson Out
In my opinion, this thread is very premature. I understand the reasons for it but it is clear he will be given time by the club. We must survive this season, and then we can really judge him on how we do next season.

Inverness CT -V- Hibernian - Sc Cup - Preview
No complaints from me about the result. Ridgers kept us in it in the first half, although I thought we competed well and deserved the 0-0 score line. The shot for the first goal took a wicked deflection or otherwise Ridgers would have had a comfortable save. McAllister lost possession in the build up after doing the hard work in winning the ball. Boyes was at fault for the second whilst we seemed to switch off a bit expecting a flag for the third but the player who picked the ball up was onside. Doran’s goal was a cracker, but far too little far too late. I’m not sure about the defensive substitutions as the defence was coping well on the whole. I can only guess that Chilokoa-Mullen and Savage are not fully match fit yet as both have been subbed in all three matches they’ve started for us. Now we need to focus on our league survival. We dropped a place today with Queens Park beating Dunfermline. After Partick next week, we play the two teams below is and those are games we cannot afford to slip up in. Like others, I do see improvements but we’ve had so many changes and we don’t yet know if the changes are paying off. Kerr looks good at right wing back, the young central defenders all look competent, McAllister seems to have potential, Samuel is a real asset and is hopefully fit soon, with the jury out on Pepple as we’ve not seen much of him. They should all benefit from game time. MacGregor got a few minutes at the end and will hopefully be able to have a positive impact. Samuels was on the bench, and his pace as an impact player will be useful in games. Im not (currently) as despondent as some posters, and calls for the Manager’s head are very premature.

Yes, the way Hibs will play will make it more like an away game so we should treat it as such. Our away record is decent so let’s adopt our away tactics this afternoon.

Luis Longstaff is out and Alex Samuel is a doubt for tomorrow. We are inconsistent and Hibs are on a bad run but seemed to play well against Celtic in midweek. My head says an away win, my heart says we will have another cup upset.

Adams has resigned.- Battery Project - Chairman's Statement
We don’t know the detail of the transaction. The land was gifted to the club so it may be that the cash coming to the club is due to it being sold on to those developing the scheme (that is my guess though) so there has never been any scope to maintain an ongoing income stream. The Chairman did say on Saturday that the delay in planning did result in the club receiving less than it would have, as it took the deal beyond a critical milestone. We don’t know what the scale of the seven figure sum is as I don’t believe that has ever been made public. Now the challenge for the Board and CEO is to use the money wisely to secure the long term future of the club, securing the ongoing income streams (no indication to my knowledge as to what they are other than the Red John Park and Ride), making the match day experience more appealing to fans, and allowing the club to be in promotion contention next season (in the Championship, not League 1).- Battery Project - Chairman's Statement
The Chairman said at the Supporters Trust Meeting on Saturday that the club will get a one off seven figure cash injection very quickly (I think he said in 10 days). There is no ongoing income stream from this. The cash injection will pay off debts and allow investment which will secure future income streams (such as the use of the North Car Park as a Park and Ride for the Red John construction workers. I agree that we need transparency as to what it means, what the plans are, what it means in the long term etc. It has to be good news though, as the consequences of rejection would have been significant and far reaching.- Ex-ICT players' news
Richard Hastings has been appointed as Manager of Rothes.- Next Fans Meeting Saturday 3rd Feb
No, this is a different scheme. The North Car Park will be used for a Park and Ride for construction staff when work starts on the Red John facility. Its referred to in the “Scot Gardiner” thread as starting in 2026.- Next Fans Meeting Saturday 3rd Feb
Which I assume is where the statement in the Battery Park Planning Application comes in, as referred to in HighlandExile’s post above.- Next Fans Meeting Saturday 3rd Feb
The Community Trust has issued an update on the Hub project. Within the article is this: “We are busy identifying other sources of funding to ensure we can realise our goal of providing our city with a first class community asset.” A link to the update: https://www.icttrust.org.uk/community-hub/- Next Fans Meeting Saturday 3rd Feb

That’s correct. I’m not sure what the timescale is for work starting on the Red John scheme.- Ex ICT Players Score
