  1. Jeez Alan since when was Miles Storey a Legend?
  2. Mutumbo would stroll into our starting 11 ? 19 games 1 goal
  3. That looks more like the player Foran told us we were signing
  4. i believe this cash is already budgeted for so its not like we are suddenly going to sign a striker who can actually score with it
  5. Fans have decided that no matter what Vigurs or Polworth do then they arent good enough, they follow some of the sh1te they read on here, someone says Polworth is sh1te therefor he must be sh1te, and it doesnt matter if the lad turns up on Saturday and plays a blinder, these people will still complain he misplaced one pass. McKay on the other hand scored some goals for us once upon a time ( done sod all since he left us) and therefor is immune to the p1sh these fans dish out. Fans have their favourites who can do no wrong.
  6. Both have been reprimanded, no statement required move along, nothing to see here.
  7. " I don't think he will walk, as it's his team, he signed most of the players, and his reputation will take a hit" What reputation is that? He has done nothing since he left us the first time, im not so sure Robbo has much of a reputation as a manager, and as i said on another thread, the last time he was here he had Donald Park beside,he doesnt have that this time and its clear he is struggling.
  8. Let’s not forget that the first time around Robbo had Donald Park with him, and plenty of players from that time rated Parkie as the best coach they ever worked with. Robbo has done nothing since then and that time with Park. Maybe he was the brains? Maybe it was Park who was actually the difference ?
  9. Fact is @forresjags we are a team in a transitional period on and off the park, we havent got a "core" of SPL players, we have pretty much got a new team, and any new team are going to take time to gel. I dont expect us to get promoted this season, i would love to be wrong on that, all these players coming in, with the exception of Baird, are younger guys who could possibly grow into a team to take us back up. Our Team Last Saturday below so 7 new players, 5 of whom have never played in this league before 28Ridgers - New 17Seedorf - New 5Warren 22McKay 16Calder- New 7Polworth 24Trafford- New 11VigursBooked at 30mins 4Chalmers - New 9Baird- New 14Oakley- New
  10. hhhmmm OFW- We cant punt the guy quick enough as far as Robbo is concerned Warren - yup give you that one Raven - See OFW Polworth -Never got past the "potential" tag he had a while ago Vigurs- Should be a good player in the League we are in Tremarco- Out till at Least November Mulraney - One season where we got relegated not sure exactly where your "core of an experienced SPL side is still there" is
  11. Sorry but a back 5 made up of Ridgers Mckay Elsdon Donaldson Chalmers actually gives me cold sweats.
  12. Feel sorry for the man but in no way should he ever have been our manager
  13. we have signed some right pish in the last few seasons
  14. How long are Riccardo Calders arms ?
  15. i suspect we wont see Draper play for us again, undisclosed deal and all that. Shame as i thought he could be the player we built the team around this season.
  16. Just because it's County i wouldnt be selling unless its a ridiculous bid
  17. Caley Thistle manager John Robertson insists midfielder Ross Draper will not be sold on the cheap despite continuing interest from Highland rivals Ross County. Staggies manager Jim McIntyre is determined to land Englishman Draper, despite failing to meet Inverness’ valuation of the midfielder with his latest bid of £80,000. Draper has been one of Caley Jags’ most consistent performers in recent seasons, but is one of the club’s highest-earners following relegation to the Championship. The 28-year-old has two years remaining on his contract and Robertson says Caley Jags will not be pressured into selling him. Robertson said: “County have enquired, but their valuation of Ross is nowhere near what we think he is worth. “He’s a big player for us. The board have factored Ross and his wage into the budget, so we are under no pressure unless it’s a very substantial bid. “But it’s not on our radar right now. We don’t want him to go. Ross is aware of that.” Draper has made 201 appearances for Caley Jags since joining from Macclesfield Town in 2012, and was part of the Inverness side that won the Scottish Cup two years ago. Despite Caley Jags’ relegation from the Premiership, Robertson is confident Draper will continue to give his all for the club, and he added: “We will keep him abreast of everything that’s happening and as we saw again in our friendly against Brora Rangers on Tuesday night, his attitude is first class. “That’s why we’re happy to keep him. If any team puts in an offer that the board feel is acceptable, it will be looked at. But right now, they are nowhere near the value we expect for Ross. “We can’t and will never dissuade any club from making a bid for our good players. ” Ross is a very good player but unless it’s something outstanding, that we feel we can’t turn down, he won’t be going anywhere.”
  18. Oakley record is hardly awe inspiring Years Team Apps (Gls) 2014–2017 AFC Wimbledon 8 (0) 2015 → Kingstonian (loan) 1 (1) 2016 → Welling United (loan) 7 (4) 2017 → Maidstone United (loan) 4 (0) 2017– Inverness Caledonian Thistle 0 (0
  19. There are going to be a lot of players without a club next week. could be some gems amongst them. The more towards August we get, the more chance we could snap a few up who may be out of our budget as they look for a club
