RiG, dont grudge the guy the move at all, fair play to him, but how good is it for his carreer going there and sitting on the bench? the guy has had a couple seasons of first team football, and at his age needs to be playing every week, will he get that at Birmingham? Or will he become another Scottish failure who has a couple of seasons warming the bench somewhere then returns to Scotland and has not progressed at all? First team football should be the most important thing for him at the moment.

Pointless move for him IMO, he would have been better served staying another year at least and getting another season of first team football under his belt before going to the Championship, or possibly League 1 with Birminghams form, for the £££££s. Cant blame him though, the money will be good for sitting on the bench.

I coach under 13 football and kids cannot play in ANY cup game unless they have played 2 previous league games, to stop clubs bringing players in just for cup games. Why is this not in place in the top level ? why were Hearts able to bring in 2 players just before i Cup Semi? this is the issue i have.

The SFA will continue to cover this sham up as they do not want us and St Mirren in the Final, simple as that. Does no on else find it slightly suspect that Hearts, a club who have continually not paid their players were allowed to sign 2 players on loan days before our game, and also the fact that the game was held at a " neutral" venue a few miles away from Hearts ground. The SFA is a joke and hates the highland teams. Discuss :-)

Amazing Amazing win for my wee team, i have lived down here for a number of years and had season tickets for City, this result has got the whole city buzzing, great stuff for a team who cost a whopping £7500, and that was for James Hanson, who a couple of years ago was working in the Co-op and playing part time. Its real Roy of the Rovers stuff. Who could have dreamed City and ICT could be in a cup final ever, never mind in the same season. Steve Williams i will be amazed if he ever kicks a ball for Bradford again to be honest, the have far better Centre backs than him ( Andrew Davies ) to come back from injury, he is most certainly surpluss to requirements.

Honestly i am not worried at all and never have been, he will stay with us until at least the end of the season. No reason for him to leave at the moment and certainly not to Barnsley, stay until the end of the season, finish 2nd in the league + a cup final bigger and better clubs will come calling.

i have a sneaking suspicion Butcher is going nowhere, if he was going to go, he would be gone by now.

Seriously Johndo ? did you watch the same Roberts as i watched? i watched him very closely a couple of weeks ago to see what all the fuss was about ( against St Johnstone) and he was awful, and i thought he wasnt much better today, yes he is young and learning but surely a basic skill for a footballer is being able to control the ball? at one stage his first touch took the ball 20 feet away from him. He should have been hooked at half time in both games.

Only seen im in the StJohnston game and i thought he was rank rotten. His first touch at one point ended up 20 feet away from him. wasnt impressed at all
