  1. That would account for why Tiffoney was on the deck for ages getting treatment then instead of jumping straight up, grabbing his hand bag and shoving Welsh in the chest like a little girl.
  2. Never a red card, shocking decision. And why didn't Tiffony get a yellow for his hand bag retaliation? Anyway, a great and much needed three points.
  3. We do, very much so, need the money. Yes, the build up is fun. Yes, losing to Falkirk would not be very nice. Not being harsh on the players at all. After the reprieve from being knocked out of the cup they've earned the right to be where they are. Good luck to them and I'll be behind them. The fact still remains that we are currently a very mediocre mid table Championship club in poor form. The fact still remains that I dislike the OF (or whatever folk call them today) with a passion. The fact still remains that I dislike the team I love getting gubbed by one of 'them' or anyone else. The fact still remains that I will do my best to go to the final if we make.
  4. How many times have we said that recently...and failed? It's worrying. Now, I know this may sound awful but....I'd rather Falkirk take the humiliation in the final rather than us. Taking on one of 'them' with no match practice / fitness doesn't bare thinking about in my view. Yes, the money for the making the final will be much needed but...at what cost to reputation?
  5. Lots of obstacles being thrown in my path towards Glasgow. Hopefully they can be overcome. My biggest concern is the possible announcement of further rail strikes. They need to be sorted before I buy match tickets as there'd be no chance of a refund.
  6. Something in the air? You ain't seen nothing yet?
  7. Thats the way (I like it)
  8. Me too. 😇 Watched the game on council TV and like everyone else felt the worse after conceding that early goal. I think we got lucky with the pen but we took the gift gladly. We were on top at that point and deserved to be level. Brilliant result and a great confidence booster for the team and the fans. Great noise from the support too who hardly stopped throughout the game. Well done lads. It now looks like I'll be dragging my dusty ICT scarf out of the cupboard and take it on a trip to Glasgow. I'll look forward to the draw on Monday night and would like to avoid one of them.
  9. I can't call this one. Our home form could be our downfall but, on the plus side, our cup exploits give hope. We need this win to boost the coffers and fan excitement. Extra time and pens anyone?
  10. I've not listened to any of his thoughts and excuses all year. Same old, same old and no clues as to how he's going to fix the on field problems.
  11. Send them to Dundee 😇
  12. Kilmac Stadium!! Sounds like Killie pies being sold by MuckDonalds....aaanyway....no score predictions from me this week. Would hate you all to lose another fiver especially when you'll need it for the inflated entry price. Safe travels to all those that are going. Hopefully we'll pull off a shock. If it helps to relieve a few fears, our League record against Dundee is far better than against Hamilton. 😄
  13. Just like @Robert i'm insane too. Hope none of you took up my advice of putting a fiver on it as refunds are not available.
  14. I've had a look at this and decided that, as I've not had the match day 'experience' since May last year, I feel my answers would not be beneficial.
  15. We've played Hamilton three times this season and have yet to score against them. We are, in fact, losing 6-0 on aggregate, so,with that in mind, this has a 3-0 ICT win written all over it. Go on, put a fiver on it
  16. I think I'll go into hiding tomorrow evening and stay away from all communication outlets.
  17. I am very real and wide awake. Cheers. 😇 No need to be blunt as you've hit the nail fully on the head.
  18. McCall is available.
  19. If last weeks fantastic result doesn't give the lads a confidence boost then nothing will. Hopefully it will result in another great performance against Hamilton and a much needed three points. On the other hand, will it result in over confidence? Our team is so unpredictable these days but here's hoping we have turned the corner.
  20. Well, goodness knows where that came from. I'll hold my hands up and say I expected us to get gubbed in that tie. (As reflected in my NPL prediction) A tie that we shouldn't, perhaps, have been in. Such are the rules though and we took the opportunity and smashed it. Knowing ICT's cup pedigree in dishing out shocks I (we) should have known better (there's a song there..) A tremendous result and a much needed confidence boost to all. I take we still get prize money for reached the this stage by default? Anyway, prize money secured for the 1/4 final, again, much needed. Onwards and upwards ICT.
  21. I'm a retired pensioner. Dates are irrelevant
  22. Totally agree. There is no way the current squad would survive a season in SPL..no chance. The club would need a massive injection of cash to be able to buy players and pay their wage. Where would that money come from? Potential sponsors maybe? That wont be near enough in my opinion. Championship football (or lower ) is all we can hope for in the foreseeable future. Sad but true. Bigger crowds would help but the way the club is currently that wont happen either.
  23. I think it's a goner already. A gubbing is very much on the cards at Livingston next Sat and if that is the case it will do nothing for confidence in the team.
  24. I completely agree CC. Yes, we all love a cup run but I feel the current manager and squad do not have the same determination as was shown on Tue night (I wasn't there, just judging by match report and stats). Gone are the days of us handing out cup 'shocks'....for now.
  25. Stong winds eh...so...we'll be keeping the ball on the deck and abandoning the long punt up the park to Billy then?
