Motherwell -V- Inverness CT - LC
Up until the Partick game and watching that debacle on TV I'd have fancied our chances, but not anymore. It will need a remarkable change of form even to get this tie to pens and I don't think Mr Dodds has the motivational skills in his locker to make that happen. It really depends on the team Motherwell put out against us rather than what we put out against them. As it stands I can't see beyond a Motherwell win. But, this is ICT were talking about so anything can happen.

I'm trying to sign up four members. Two at one address and two at another. Entered two names on the form but only charges for one so I've given up for now.

The new season and the perils of planning ahead
It is a pain to plan for the long distance supporter. Mate of mine is Partick fan and we'd have liked to have attended their home games v Caley. The first initial fixture was for 20th August. This has been moved to the 19th for TV and the second fixture is 24th Dec. So, no chance again this season. Last season was the same for the Queens away games. All moved from a Sat fixture.

Can we arrange for traffic delays on the A9 every home game?...as long as nobody gets hurt of course.

Partick away on TV
Bloody typical. Had tentative plans to go with a mate on the 20th Aug. The other away fixture at Plastic is on Xmas Eve so that's a gone a bollock too.

V Clach (pre-season)
I heard from someone at the game that Clach were sh...erm....'not very good' Still, scoring 10 in any game has to be good.....doesn't it? Nice one ICT.

Sponsorship
Maybe Covid has affected many events but it shouldn't stop the club from writing to or emailing those folk that have sponsored players etc. An explanation would, Im sure. be welcome. Maintaining a comms' black out is bad PR and rude. We sponsored a player many seasons ago. I believe he was the first coloured player to join the club [MacDonald?] We had nothing from the club even back then and we've never bothered since. He actually left the club part way through the season so we never got to meet him anyway. Having said that we do contribute to the CTO player sponsorship [missed one season I think since it began] and were lucky enough to go to a Sponsors Evening on CTO behalf. It was a great evening of chat and banter. This event should not be brushed aside by the powers that be.

Not far off
Friday night fixtures don't help either IMHO. They stopped me going to at least two away games If it wasn't for that awful dip in form mid season we'd have run away with the league. Next season will be a hard act to follow but I'm sure we'll be up for it.

Young ICT Fans - Section 94
It's really good to see these young lads getting behind ICT. Also pleasing to see they haven't been brainwashed in following a couple of teams from Glasgow. Well done lads.

Big Stew
A tremendous send off to a wonderful man. So glad we were able to attend and pay our respects. We'll be at the match tonight Big Man remembrring you with a dram in the Innes beforehand.

Big Stew
I was absolutely shocked to hear of his passing. Can't believe it. What a wonderful gentle giant he was. So many laughs with the big man, so many happy memories. The Caley Inn, the Innes Bar, the stories, the peedys, broken chairs and tile toasties. We still love you 'big man' and will keep memories alive for many many years. Sincere and heartfelt condolences to all his family and friends. R.I.P you absolute legend of a man.
