Probably too early to pass judgement on how we will do in the 1st Div but I for one am not confident of a quick return. The way the squad is looking or, perhaps more realistically, isn't looking at the moment live in the 1st will be a struggle. The friendlies could be a good pointer for us on what to expect for the season.

No 'new' grounds for me....been there...done that... Ayr - Most definately. Dundee - Every chance I'll make one of them. Dunfermline - I'll be there for the first game of the season. Livingston - Yes. Morton - Very possible (never seen Morton at this ground, it was Clydebank when I went there last) Partick - Oh yes. Queen of the South - My 'Home' game, I'll be at both. Raith Rovers - Very probable Ross County - Already had my jabs!

A pub team could beat Andorra (which was, basically, a pub anyway). Don't get too excited about England winning the World Cup. They haven't played anybody yet and their Qualifying Group hasn't exactly produced any great challenges. Yes, they have improved under Capello but I seriously don't think they will better a WC QF place - if that.

:mellow: as if I'd be so nasty to you Don... :P No, its not, honest. There's a group of lads wanting to do a coastal and islands sponsored motorcycle trip. Motorbikes do not have a large fuel tank range and I understand fuel can be scarce in certain parts. A m'bike has a range of 150-220 miles and stashing a can on the back isn't so easy especially on sports bikes.

I am seeking some local info' here. I am trying to compile a list of available fuel stations in the Highlands and Islands. I am especially interested in the following area's. Skye Mull West Coast from Kyle to Durness Far North from Tongue to Thurso / John O'Groats East Coast Wick to Dungwall I would be greatful for any info on opening times especially Saturday's and Sunday's but I'd imagine most would be daytime hours such as 0700-1900 or the like. I know I could search the likes of Google / Yellow Pages / but these are not always accurate or up to date. Thanks in advance for any info'

Considering we haven't got much of a team at the moment those are odds are quite flattering. Joint favourites?? I don't think so some how. We can't score goals and we are going to need a shed load of those if we are to make any impression on the top half of the table let alone the title.

No chance...it crashes the laptop. Radio don't load and locks up the web site too...can't click X and the 'End Task' don't work either. Got it on the proper radio instead....and what we got....feckin West Life....grrrrrrrrr.

On line stream has crashed....WM are not on Sky so I can't record...dug the cassette player out and that don't work either...will just have to listen to him instead...he says he is going to say "Coventry Nil" on air..
