if we get into Europe
It would be truly astonishing if a team containing Ross Tokely and Richie Foran finished anywhere near the top of the fair play league. Well at the moment its true. League here

Doctor Terry Butcher
Oh, I never knew he was to blame for the relegation, And here was me thinking it was more to do with the fans waving their shoes at someone, you learn somthing new every day. Well done Dr Butcher, Theres a few labia majoras on this site that you need to sort out. There were quite a few people voicing the opinion that we were not performing because Terry was away on Scotland duties. A losing run now and he'll be chastised for going to Southampton Uni to lecture.

Motherwell roll call

Doctor Terry Butcher
Hope to hell we dont go on a losing streak. His Scotland duties got blamed for our relegation. Can just imagine the flak around his journeys to Southampton.

Jonny Hayes to Celtic?(what if)
I think the title of the thread could be changed to 'What If?' and it could then be put in general nonsense and we could all make up a new 'What If?' question. What if a player breaks a leg? What if a plane coming into the airport chooses to land at Fort George instead? What if Dundee get out of administration? What if County make it to the SPL? There are so many questions and nobody could answer them.

Melville / Dundee / 25pt Deduction
DiStephano (think thats his name) was recently quoted as saying he'd take over and absorb the debt but only if others gave up they're interest in the club. By 'others' I'm assuming he means major shareholders like the Trust at Dundee. There are probably a few folk out there who'd take the club over but not so many who'd want to line the pockets of those who currently own the club in order to do so. In light of previous examples I dont think the punishment is harsh. They are still in the league and could theoretically stay in it. Does anyone know who the members of the board of the SFL are. Dee fans are blaming all the league clubs but its my understanding that the board, which consists of six members, took the decision. Isn't the RC chairman one of those with a seat at the moment?

Melville / Dundee / 25pt Deduction
So, as of now Dundee are on -11 points. Thats 20 they would need to make up on Morton and 21 on RC to avoid playoffs and stay in the league. Thats a very big ask for a club who cant sign players. In effect they are already demoted to league 2

Melville / Dundee / 25pt Deduction
I notice it says the case will be reviewed if DFC dont come out of administration by the end of the season. I suppose relegation to third could still be on the cards. Did Livi and Gretna not both manage to hold of administration till the season had ended?

if we get into Europe
Win it unless the other finalist is already guaranteed a place.

Team for the 'well
I have to disagree with that viewpoint. In my opinion we were better in defence and we were better in midfield. We robbed them of balls so many times it was unbelieveable. Our failing, certainly in the first half, was our ability to control the final third. I haven't seen stats but I believe we had more chances than them

Matchday Thread: Rangers -V- I.C.T.
BBC (I don't know who) concurred - I had only 810 MW (with lots of background noise) to rely on, but someone on the BBC said he'd only scored because he screwed up and then got lucky. That was pretty much how it was but he had the time for a second go. And that after Wiess (I think) was allowed to get an excellent cross in.

John, we were attack minded from the off today

Once again decisions dont go as they should but it also shows oncde again that Scottish refs are consistant...............................consistant towards Rangers.

Matchday Thread: Rangers -V- I.C.T.
That was a really good game today. We played very well and made a few good chances. We defended brilliantly apart from when Edu scored. I wouldn't single out anyone for that though. Rangers are the champions and have been displaying some very good football recently but today they were stuck for ideas. I left there today feeling happy at getting the point and happy at keeping the away record going but a little sad that we didn't capitalise and take all three points. We deserved them. The support was brilliant as well and the banter with the home fans was great. Especially the attempt to challenge them to the best bouncy which brought chants against a certain southern supporters physique. And when he responded to the 'get your tits out for the lads' chant.........priceless.

Stadium Location
Officially the most expensive taxi's outside London are in Aberdeen. That aside, if you really analyse the other stadia around the country, not too many are close to town or city centres. Takes twenty mins max to walk from Sneck centre to Longman. Took me that on the underground and foot from centre of Glasgow to Ibrox today.
