Cup final Travel
Someone has asked me the true distance between Tulloch Institute and ground. My reckoning is no more than 500 metres along Crieff Road. With luck I will have attached, to this post, a Google map screen dump. Institute is the big building left of the letters ABC If the files too big I apologise

Alba cup final tickets
Its not ICT who are likely to ask for proof. Its the SFL dudes at the gates.

County away
Is that what they are?! I was told the Adults were cheaper by people at ICT! Oh well. If, as you say, you bought your tickets of the County website then you'd have seen the prices surely.
-
County away
The County prices are: Stand Adult ?16, Concession ?7, U-16 ?4 Terracing Adult ?13, Concession ?6, U-16 ?3 Away fans usually get the North Terrace (hope it dont rain) and part of the West stand.

post match interviews
IHE has reproduced the Butcher post match interview above. It was in all the daily's today and, I think, the sunday's yesterday. Why not on ICTFC I don't know but would imagine that has more to do with the person who puts it on there and nothing to do with Butcher.

Is Mid table Right place to be?
IHE was actually pre-empting the first poster to go against your post BC. :( I would rather be within one win of top. I remember the last time in this league and the constant see-sawing between 4th or 5th and the top. One week up, one week down. The winner of the league will be the team who can put a string of good results together. It may be Dundee, it may even be us. I wouldn't dare predict the outcome.

Butcher
Good post Johndo. Lets see the same sort of attacking style at home and it'll all fall into place.

If You Could Go Back In Time
I'd like to go back to a day or two before Niculae was signed. I'd point out to the powers that be that this signing was going to be the death knell for ICT. That unrest would develop in the dressing room. That power struggles would emerge in the board room. That players would lose the bond that previously had held them together. If they ignore me we'll be where we are now but if they listen we'll be a mid table SPL club in a stadium that all others fear and being managed by Charlie Christie. Crowd averages will be up over the 5000 mark and Black, Cowie, Rankin and Hart would be setting the highlands on fire. Oh! And this season we'd be displaying a new trophy around town.

Team for Morton
I agree. Looks like TB might, at last, have found a winning formula with this line up. The only thing I would change would be Nick Ross on the bench, for either Cox or Stratford. There are always reasons for having different formations and line-ups home and away but I would go with today's line-up. Thats the sort of formation we should be playing at home and the sort of formation that can ressurect Fortress Longman.

Ayr Utd -V- ICT : Matchday Thread
Looks very like Butcher's been taking some of renegade's suggestions on board Esson Tokely, Bulvitus, Munro, Golabek Proctor, Duncan Imrie, Sanches, Foran, Rooney Very attack minded. The way it should be at home. Another thing of note is it's good to see Barrowman back in the line-up.

Is it Alex McLeod? :005: Feckin hope not! I'll be briskly walking to the ground via Tulloch Institute.

Deano to celtic?
If all you can do when commenting on any thread is slag Ross Tokely then I wish you would just disappear.

BBC Radio Scotland
Is it possible that part time football could come to ICT? Yes it is! Can I see it happen in the next year or two? No! I'm like Charles on this one. Its such a pity that some people can't listen to a whole discussion before jumping the gun.

The Liverpool Beachball
Had to take me Sat-Nav back to the shop the other day.............think its broken...... It says Liverpool's not in Europe

Niculae Court Case
It could be argued that, because Mr Savage was Chairman when Niculae was brought in, he is part of the present problem. He was the one who went against the norm in bringing a high earner. He may even have brought in others and made all the right decisions had another person not been worried about his position. My questions are this: Would Alan Savage have done things different and maybe even made a wad out of Niculae? Is the present mess the result of the power struggle with one person pulling all the strings and puting his own ego before the good of the club?

Niculae Court Case
........but, if snippets I've heard, from someone not renowned for making up stories, and supported by comments on a different thread, are true then there could well be a savage battle on the horizon.

Game at elgin
Dale went to Elgin on loan for the second part of last season. According to transfermarket.co.uk he's without a club at the minute. If he is at Nairn then he's not listed on their website. But that could be in need of update.

ICT -V- Dunfermline : matchday thread
I would also question Imrie's booking. The ball was in play. Imrie was trying to keep it in. I would also question the decision to have the final corner taken from the west side when the ball had gone over towards the east side. Was that because the ref could see the position of the sun at that time. More than all that I question why we are playing with one up front at home and why did Foran get pulled when he was clearly making a difference.

Rooney
Maybe if he were to lift his head and look towards the target, instead of at his own boots, he'd have a better chance of scoring.

Bounce Friendly
Bounce games are used to assess trialists or players coming back from injury. I dont know who was playing in this game but would imagine that none of our regulars were involved.

Who's the Best Player at ICT?
Ross Tokely. He bleeds ICT. His heart is with ICT. He hurts when ICT dont do well. Ross Tokely, for an outsider, is probably more passionate about ICT than many Invernessians.

Team for Dunfermline
I'd go 3-5-2 Esson Tokely Munro Golabek Cox McBain Duncan Imrie Hayes Foran Sanchez I dont, however expect there to be any change to Tuesdays team though Imrie and Duncan took pretty hard knocks. Hopefully they'll recover in time.
