Who picks MOTM?
Watchng it on Setanta I agree 100% with Rankin being the TV choice. I thought he was brilliant last night. He got into so many spaces and made McGregor work for his sheckles. I even phoned in John as my choice but I didnt see them announce the comp winner.

Rerun of the game v Rangers
If you get a chance to watch it check out PLG's face as John R bursts the net. Priceless

Two Rules
This is something that arises every time the OF play at Sneck. The one question I always ask though is this: Do we want the gate money for all the available seats or not? Cos there's no chance of us getting 5012 ICT fans to fill them.

Falkirk Roll Call
Unfortunately not this one. I'll be heading north on A9 when the Snecky's are heading south. Will wave the buses though. See you's on 1st though.

Tonights Record Attendance
If someone has decided to count disabled persons and their helpers then you can have crowd figures of over seating capacity.

GOAL OF THE SEASON
And Rankins was a cracker too.

Give Charlie 5 more games
Bonzo, if you were a true ICT supporter you wouldnt be coming on here spewing the drivel you do. Every team goes through a slump period. Show support and encouragement and perhaps we'll get out of ours. Oh and I dont think anyone can fault CC's gameplan last night.

Second Bottom
With Killie having Hearts and Celtic next we could leapfrog them with wins against Falkirk and St Mirren.

Loch Lomonds on the opposite side of the country to Inverness.

Is that you or Blackie your talking about Mantis :003:

SFL Players
Buchanan is top scorer in that league with 12 goals.

Home Games
Ok, got the tune. Just need the right words to it now. I'll start it of: Bla, Bla, Blackie When ye gonna score Ye've only managed one Since ninety four. For the buffs out there Ian Black scored one goal for us last season. According to the official site his last goals were for Cowdenbeath in the 94-95 season. He must have been about nine or ten then.

Home Games
I've said this before, but for the benifit of those new to the site, I'll say it again. What is needed is a tune that is synonymous with the highlands. Something that is easy to learn and sing, not too long in words, but can be recognised by other team fans as being the song for ICT. Find the tune, write the words, put a band together to record it and hey presto.

Would anyone have the courage to disagree with Scotty :015:

"Charlie Isn't The Man For The Job"
I understand your plight man which is one of the reasons I'd encourage people to join the trust. Sadly football in this country has become very overpriced. certainly compared to most other european countries. The Supporters Trust, in conjunction with other trusts, can put pressure on the SPL teams to make it a bit easier for those who can ill afford the costs. Personally I, and my wife, try and get to as many games as we can, both home and away, and I wouldn't like to try and total the cost over a season but its probably a couple of grand if I count travel, accomodation, refreshments, shirt sponsorship, entrance etc.

"Charlie Isn't The Man For The Job"
The portacabin will go when the two ends of the main stand are developed. There will also be a shop in town. When all this happens will be when there is enough committment from the fans to 'bring a friend' and increase the gate numbers.

how many...
Me and the missus will be there.

Shares Transfer
One of the big differences between our trust and that of other teams is that others were born out of a necessity to help their club through difficult times. Ours will take time to build but this share transfer will go a long way in the promotion os the club. It does, however, need to promote more as a representative of all fans, not just members, and not be seen as an organisation with a clique following. The share transfer, when it goes through, will give the trust more clout in the decision making of the club and gives the trust strength at a time when it is just beginning to build funds for that purpose. We can only get better at what we are about and with the right people, which I think we have, at the helm I'm sure this trust will become a very prominant feature of Inverness Caledonian Thistle. So come on guys and girls. Get your forms filled out and your fivers sent in. Be a part of the future.

That's Better!!
I also thought Proctor was a good player but now I question the reason he was let go from us. Was it anything to do with the reasons coming from DU? I do. however, find it hard to believe that Levien would say such things in public considering only a few days ago he was saying he hadnt had a chance to rate Proc.

Caff's slant on things
I make a comment on Caff's reported comments and all of a sudden theres arrests and litigations and all sorts of things going on. Even mention of a poor sod who fell out his bunk and won his claim against the multi national company who employed him. Incidently Sandy, a five foot journey onto a steel deck, when your flat out can be extremelly shocking and very painful so you shouldn't mock what you know nothing about. WHERES THE BL%%DY FOOTBALL TALK GONE

Merged Killie gloating topic
killiefan is NOT Alan Dundas as clacher says. KGC on another thread is Alan 'the ex staunch ICT drummer' Dundas.
-
Merged Killie gloating topic
Up here we use Johnny Walker to strip paint.
-
Mark Brown and penalties
To be honest, and I could well be wrong, I dont remember Gordon ever saving one either. At the end of the day there must be a lot of positives to take from this game. We scored three and still got beat but we did score.
-
Caff's slant on things
Well said Stuart. Sadly your words will fall on deaf ears for some so called fans. CAFF SAYS
-
Dargo & Bayne
And, of course, that sort of attitude is going to do wonders for his, and everyone elses confidence.
