ODI :huh: i dont believe Sanchez fits into the Scottish game and he cant shoot. I agree that I would rather watch Sanchez sometimes, but its all very well saying oh he has a better touch but isnt the best finisher, but at the moment we NEED goals, and Odi gets them.

I would rather Odi any day. People think he is a good player because he is spanish and they think he has flair. At the end of the day goals win you games and Odi has scored the equal amount of league goals with less games. Sanchez has a good touch - FACT Sanchez had a good touch in the opposition half - Eh No! Sanchez can pass - FACT Sanchez can pass in the opposition half - Eh No! Yoyu say he creates more than he scores but I dont see it that way at all. I see our providers as Foran and Hayes. The Centre attacking midfield position is to provide support for the main striker, which he doesnt do. It is also to score goals, he doesn't. He is however, accurate enough. Im sure i have seen him hit the woodwork much more times than he's scored which must take more skill than hitting a wide target. I believe he has magnificent potential to do so well at this club, but he is so lightweight and too afraid to do anything in the final third off the park

I thought that both of our holding midfielders played very well but proctor is very non-existant when he is on the pitch but he gets the job done quietly. Personally I wouldn't change the team for Tuesday as I think coxy and Duncan played very well and linked up well with both defence and attack. We should give them a chance. Odhiambo came into his stride after a shaky start too.

Cox Rooney Hayes have to say I thought coxy played a blinder. Things seemed to fall apart when he got booked. He held the midfield together until he got booked and then we lost it.

So if a striker decides he will only shoot when he gets into a position where he has an open goal from 6 inches and can't miss and as a result only has one shot all season from which he scores, then by your reasoning he will have a strike rate of 100% and be the greatest striker in the world. Haha nice one,, i cannot believe that this argument is even happening, jay_7, how can you even think Barrowman is better than Rooney when he has scored the same amount of goals in one game this season than barrowman did in his 18 months here. It doesnt matter if you miss four or five chances in a game, as long as you make up for it with a goal, which Adam has been doing this season. If you look t our last 3 games, he has gained us 7 points with his winners or equallizers. I am delighted barrowman has gone.
