The 1st half was as good as i have even seen ICT play, it was superb and if we were 4-0 up at the break, dundee fans could not have complained and we should have been 3-0 but 2-0 was still very good. In the 2nd half they knew dundee would come at them and the team just let them. If the way the team was playing in the 1st half was causing so many problems for dundee, why change? Poor dicision! Butchers subs were awful, imrie and eric should have been on in about the 70th minute not the last minute. Poor show from Imrie when he did come on, tut tut! Very impressed with Rooney, Sanchez, Foran and especially Hayes, he was excellet. Well done! Well done to all those people that stayed to the end and especially those who stayed to watch the team get their runners up medel and clap the team. For thier 1st half performance it was the least they deserved. Well done. Finally, although we through a 2 goal lead away, i am glad it happened in the alba cup than in the league. Its a bit of fun the alba cup that would have been nice to win but at the end of the day, the leauge is the number 1 priority and i sincerely hope it does not happen in the league. Roll on saturday!!

That would be a very interesting scenario. I would like to think that ICT would be near the top of the pile but it could go either way. It would be such a competetive league

Are there any particular pubs in perth that people are planning on going to before the game for some pre match atmosphere and banter?

Barrowman is behind rooney, foran, sanchez, eric in the pecking order of strikers, in fact he is at the bottom of the pile and i feel a bit sorry for him. When he signed for ICT he was banging them in in div 2 but he took a massive leap to the spl and, understandably, he didn't cut it. His confidence must be rock bottom as he is not getting a game as our other strikers are doing rather well. If ICT had held off signing him until he had played in div 1 for county for a bit then you would have seen his potential at a higher level and then i think he would have been worth signing. Needs to go out on loan in jan i feel!

Having not been to a game this season as i am in england i have to rely on family to tell me what the games are like and my dad told me that the atmosphereat yesturdays game was a bit pish. The last game of last season (although a bad outcome) the crowd were absalutly incredible and the noise was immense. I know that on average the crowd is about half the size of that day but from what i hear, the noise is far lower than half of that day. The team has scored 9 goals in 2 games and is playing well, this should encourage more people to get more vocal and enjoy the games and have a good time. If the team is playing well and you just sit there and dont clap, sing and cheer then how is that going to make the players feel!! I just hope i am deafend by the signing at the final

It says on the team info section of this website that adam rooney is the 3rd highest goal scorer so far this season in all competition with 4 goals, he is behind foran with 7 and sanchez with 5. Considering rooney has only started 4 of these games and the other 2 are in double figures for starts, i think that is very impressive. He should be starting every game in my opinion, he has bags of goals in him.

As for there being no seats available, i imagine that people were forward thinking and booked in advance so you might just have to stand or get to the train really early and try and find an unreserved seat. Sounds like the train from sneck is going to be a party train! What train is it that has no seats availible? Me and some other boys are on the 9.38 train and there are a few others wanting to go on the same train. Might scotrail add more coaches to the train if the demand is going to be high so peole do have a seat?

Hi Doofer, We are going up from Dewsbury on the Saturday and coming back earlyish (7/8am) Monday if that is any use to you. We will have 2 seats available in the car. Well i am staying with a mate in edinburgh on the saturday and sunday and will be leaving edinburgh around mid day on monday. Going up might be good if there is somewhere to drop me off so i can make a small hop to edinburgh for saturday night by train? If you are going staight to perth on the saturday then it might be easier for me to take the train up? Thanks for the offer, very kind

Are any or the west yorkshire ICT fans making the long treck north for the Alba cup final? I have bought my ticket already and am thinking of getting the train up to perth. Just out of curiosity, if anyone else from this neck of the woods is going, how are you getting there? Minibus, carshare etc. If so could i tag along as would be a lot of fun and make a right day of it. If not then the train it will have to be.

I don't care about the other 10 players on the pitch but rooney has to start! He is the striker with the best eye for goal we have and i am dumbfounded that he is not being player.

A quick solution is great if it gets the club back to the spl but at the way it is going, thats not going to happen. We need players that can gel and enjoy playing alongside one and other and not individual players. Signing players on short term contracts is always worrying. I think the team need some team bonding because they do not seen to be the one unit at the moment and this needs to ochange and fast

Although some teams have played a game more, to be 8 points off the top with 8 games gone is just NOT good enough. The season will be classed as a failure if we are not in with a change of promotion come the lst few games of the season. I think most people at the start of the season would have had us at the business end of the table after eight games and the performance so far is just not good enough. What i would like to see is a lot more energy in the team, closing down opposition players quickly when they have not got the ball. When they do have the ball there has to be more drive and determination and run at teams to put them on the back foot to gain the upper hand. Losing goals in the first minute is just unacceptable

LEEDS!!! When did you move? Well no one knows where wakefield is so i just say leeds. Makes more sence than having peolpe saying "wheres wakefield". People know where leeds is! I'll have to find somewhere that will show it or someone with sky that i can take over their living room
