  1. Looking at the celtic line up for there match against Braga last week, it didn't strike fear into me as the celtic teams of old. I think this season we shall see the old firm losing more games than before and the gap between them and the rest to be a lot shorter. I hope ICT go all out to attack celtic next week, they have nothing to fear!

No doubts that jimmy calder is an ICT legend, he is one of my all time favourite players. However, the best quality goalkeeper inverness has had is Esson! If he has another good season i see no reason why he he shouldnt be considered for a scotland squad call up

Tuffey is our number one. Anyone who says otherwise after that 1-0 game away to Partick needs to have a word with themselves. One terrific performance doesn't make him our number 1. Its all about consistancy and Esson proved this ALL of last season. ICT have never had a better keeper in my opinion. As for the line up: Esson Tokely Munro Innes Gillet Duncan Cox Hayes Odhiambo Foran Rooney Subs: tuffey, mcbain, sutherland, gil, procter, mccann, sanchez/ross
  5. Admire the optimism, but we definitely need to keep our feet on the fround this season or risk being brought crashing back down to earth. I am keeping the feet on the ground, i think around 9th place in the league will be avery good result for us but i think a good cup run is very possible and since the bigger teams tend to feild slightly weeker teams in the CIS cup, i think we can give it a good go
  6. He is obviously confident of winning some silverware this season, i like his attitude. Maybe the CIS cup, i dont think its to far above the relms of possability!
  7. I liked him and thought he was a decent player, was a shame for him that we had a team doing so well last year that he just could get in the starting 11. Was sad to see him not getting a new contract
  8. Does anyone know when this is going to be starting up again for the up coming season?

He sounds like a decent prospect and hopefully he has a bit of pace to take on the opposing defence. We haven't had a decent left back since hastings in his first spell at the club so hopefull kenny is the man
  10. I'm not big on names of shops but is this the wee place in the victorian market?

Absalutly great signing for us to now have 2 quality keepers although i dont see the point from tuffey's perspective. Why leave a club that will want to give the 1st division title a good shot and gaurantied 1st team football to come and sit on the bench in the spl. Has he moved for money? Does he think he will be 1st choice? Esson will still be No1 so i dont see why tuffey would want to come to ICT. I am glad he has though
  14. He is a total liability and i never enjoyed watching him play as i always thought he would give away the ball that would lead to a goal and this did happen on a few occasions. If he signs for you at hereford then i would be very worried indeed
  15. Believe it or not but thats their new star striker

Good news, glad to see we have finally dabbled in the market. A keeper was a priority so i am very glad we now have cover for esson. This blumenshtein seems promising, hopefully he can fit in to our attack. I guess he will be fighting for erics place as he wont dethrown rooney hayes of foran
  17. OI! That is uncalled for. You clearly know that darren fletcher would rip up the english defence and kris boyd would bang them in the back of that, unlike that wayne rooney fella!
  18. Couldn't agree more. I hate david pleat, i just says the most obvious things like " well their going to lose this game unless they score" no s***! Mick McCarthy is pretty bad aswell
  19. Lets hope not!
  20. My godness........bobby really has eaten all the pies
  21. If calder wasn't in goal that game then it would have been 5-3 to celtic, he was outstanding and for me, man of the match by a country mile!
  22. Would love to see him back at the club in some capacity, total inverness legend
  23. That was outstanding. Dont praise him, his head is big enough already
  24. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...dee/8693469.stm I find this story quite amusing. Although i dont like seeing teams go out of business, dundee have just been utter idiots. The best quote in the story is: "We have an SPL cost base with First Division income, so we need more through the gates or through fans schemes to raise more money." I have a solution - DONT SPEND AS MUCH ON PRE MADONNAS!
  25. :D :D :D :D love it!
