    You start with this... ictfccustomercharter2020.pdf
  2. I think some people miss the point that we spent £840k more than we had last season and still failed to get promoted. Apparently losses for this season will make £840k look like pocket change, and we're even further off the mark! We can't even cheat properly! Does financial fair play count in the Championship?

Can we now add the AGM to the list of things said but not done?
  4. I won't name them as I'm not sure it's public knowledge, but one of ICTFCs greatest (non playing) legends is currently a resident of the Highland Hospice, so the cause could not be better 👏
  5. I was grateful we weren't subjected to Dodds' same old boring drivel, tbh.

Neither Scot Gardiner or the current Chairman have done a single thing they said they would do since being in situ, so there's nothing to base any trust on. Plan A was the concerts. Plan B seems to be some sort of park and ride scheme using carparks the club doesn't even own, and a battery storage facility being built half way across the city which we only seem to be lending our name to, and which is already facing planning objections. I make no apology for remaining extremely sceptical.

Shame someone hadn't taught it to the club before they got it printed on the shirts 😂

Could you make yourself look like any more of a sanctimonious *****?
  9. Not a rumour.

I disagree. Main benefit of getting a new manager in now is that he can start looking at the squad and deciding who stays/goes and identifying needs for next season. As it is, we're in danger of losing the opportunity to keep players who might be looking to secure their future, and will choose elsewhere etc. Get Dodds to feck, get a new appointment made and let's not start next season in any more of a back foot than we have to.... assuming we don't go bust first!

    Fixed that for you 👍

Not uncommon for businesses to be 'recycled'. Businesses longevity can make it easier to borrow money etc.

Losses and Debt are not the same...which is why I highlighted that aspect. We had a couple of years of big losses under Muirfield Mills (the ultimate cause of our recent troubles), but they pretty much underwrote those, so the losses didn't contribute to the debt and didn't leave us much worse off financially.

We always had an average £250k hole which needed plugged every year, and people who were willing to do so. But losses now are at levels which we've not seen for a long time and are beyond previously proven sustainable levels. What's worse is the mounting debt. However, what we were actually warned about in regards to Scot Gardiner is that he would treat everyone with utter contempt and alienate the fanbase...which is exactly what he has done. Our current situation is a byproduct of that. I also disagree with previous comments about there still being some good will left. After the concert fiasco, there's not many businesses in town who have a good word to say about the club, and as can be seen, not many fans either. Out of interest, can you tell me which of Scot Gardiner's schemes have not failed?
  17. STFU replied to RiG's topic in Caley Thistle
We can't say we weren't warned about Scot Gardiner.

    Not true.

Allegedly, 3 directors have submitted resignations but these have not yet been processed as the auditors would not have permitted 'going concern' status without them in situ. Trade debt has increased by about £250k, outstanding tax liability has increased by £120k and director loans sit at around £800k (which would explain the need to keep them in place). Anyone remember how much debt we had when the stadium was sold off previously? With nearly £2million of debt, we must be at about that stage again?
  20. Given his proficiency with the line, I thought he may have moved from playing, to refereeing 🤷‍♂️
  21. Pretty hard to tell someone to GTF without it being personal!!!....or was their more to it?
  22. I think the total lack of posts on the match thread speaks way more for fan apathy then any post on this thread. Sad times.
  23. At home 😉

Dodds has to go, of that there is no doubt. The problem is, when he goes, I don't trust the current regime to appoint anyone better 🤷‍♂️

Interesting thought that came up in conversation at work today. Despite the fact any real hope of promotion has gone, the CEO/Board may not want to sack Dodds as they think we're unlikely to be relegated, and on the pitch dramas are distracting people from what's happening (or not happening) off the pitch.
