Just following on from Robert's post, is there a way for us to predict the Arbroath v Queens Park match this weekend? Thanks

v Ayr United (A)
I was at the match today, very disappointing. Lacking quality and composure in a variety of positions and rarely look a threat going forward. Ayr weren't great either but once again played with more urgency and determination. Some may blame the referee but he was not the reason we lost. Got back in the car and heard John Robertson on Radio Scotland talking about the County game.... Said to myself surely it's not ICT Sporting Director John Robertson..... Others on this forum have highlighted it was..... Early signs are this could be a long hard season to endure....

What are you going to do?
I am hoping that it does not come to that and the supporters trust are able to have positive dialogue with the club following the survey and we see change coming from that .....

What are you going to do?
I am at the opposite end of the spectrum in that this year is the first time I have bought a season ticket, having moved to Inverness in the last few years and wishing to support my local club. I have also joined the Supporters trust and wish to be active and make a positive contribution as well as be part of this online community. I intend to go to as many games as possible home and away this year to support the team and the club. However I am becoming increasingly concerned about how under valued loyal and long standing supporters of the club feel. I have emailed the club on a few occasions about various issues including their cup final ticketing policy (which in my opinion resulted in us having a lot less fans at Hampden than there could have been) and the Boycott Puma campaign prior to this year's kit supplier being confirmed. One of the emails I sent to three separate email addresses including the SLO. I have still not had a response which I find majorly disappointing and I am starting to see why some fans are voting with their feet and ultimately their wallet/purse. If things don't change and the level of disillusionment continues to increase what are the chances of some form of organised visual protest at a home match to demonstrate the strength of feeling and push for positive change?....

V Queens Park (H)
I heard a fan behind me tell the people he was with that he's been attending since 1994 and this is the worst team he's seen. I doubt that's the case given the progression of the club through the leagues but others will be better placed than me to judge. As a new ICT season ticket holder the most disappointing aspect of yesterday was the lack of real grit, urgency and determination in the team until the last ten minutes. We seem to lack proper leaders and although Carson does his best to inspire and ruffle up the opposition, for me he spends too much time and effort focusing on the referee. I'm planning on going to Ayr next week and hope to see Bray and Brooks given a start. Nicolson is real loss as, in my opinion, him and Shaw combined very well in the preseason matches I saw. Here's hoping for a much improved performance next week....

Who made the really bad error for the goal?

League Prediction/Expectation
4th will be a good achievement this season given the budget and squad we have . Anything above this will be delightful and in my opinion see us punching above our weight. Good luck to the players and management team .... Give it your all and that's all we can ask regardless of the outcome! Let's play our part as fans and really encourage and support the team starting tomorrow ...

2023/24 Season Tickets
Only benefit is having the option of buying 8 tickets if we get to another cup final .....

ICTFC Squad Update 21/22/23/
Agreed, from what I've seen so far this season we need at least another two additions who will prove to be regular starters if we are going to seriously challenge for the championship.

v Dumbarton
Thankfully not relying on the official website for the result of last night's much as would still be none the wiser 🤷♂️🙄
-
v Dumbarton
Thanks RiG, estimations may be well out but it looked like we possibly had up to 200 fans there last night , which given the midweek kick off and nature of the match looked impressive. Looking forward to many more away trips this year and travelling back up the A9 with a win!

v Dumbarton
As someone new to attending away games, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of ICT fans at the match last night. Imagine it can vary widely but what is the typical travelling support to league matches? I imagine games in and around Glasgow area attract some 'away' fans now living there which can boost numbers. Last night's result was disappointing and hoping it doesn't scupper our chances of another cup run this year. Promotion to the Premier League has to be the focus for this year though so I hope we are still in the experimental period before we kick off for real on the 5th August against Queens Park...

2023/24 Season Tickets
I'd say so!! Any less than that and season ticket holders getting a raw deal indeed!

2023/24 Season Tickets
Agreed , especially when a certain premiership team had season tickets advertised from £250 for the coming season.... Prices seem a bit steep.
-
2023/24 Season Tickets
Not sure sorry as doesn't seem to be an option currently using online ticketing system.... £396 divided by 18 home games = £22 per match . Assuming pay at the gate prices will be higher than this for the coming season !

2023/24 Season Tickets
Although the 'loyalty' prices seemed to remain in place for a considerable period of time after the advertised 3rd July (wonder if this was a conscious decision due to slower than expected sales?), I noticed this has now changed to full prices, £396 and £330 in the Main and North Stands respectively for adult ST.

2023/24 Pre-Season
Credit where credit is due, as someone who was becoming frustrated about the lack of ticketing information coming out regarding our early fixtures this season, this is a positive gesture from the club and will hopefully attract a good crowd. Looks like the sun will be out too 🙂

Communication
As a relatively new ICTFC supporter I have attempted to contact the club about a few issues in recent months and have received no acknowledgement or reply to any of them. It was only when I discovered the Caley Jags forum that I became aware of th extent of the communication issues. Only a few days away from our first pre-season friendly, as far as I can see, there is still no information about ticket prices for this match or indeed whether this will be included for season ticket holders. No ticket information for the cup games has been sent out either it seems. I'm sure there would have been additional demand for strip sales prior to the cup final but this wasn't available in the club shop (at least in the majority of regular sizes) and there has been no announcement on kit for this season (as far as I'm aware) and we are now into July. I am disappointed to read of all the issues with the lack of communication from the club and how this has, understandably, left many feeling devalued and reluctant to renew season tickets. As someone who is keen to attend as many matches as possible (home and away) this season I am hoping the situation improves and have joined the Supporters Trust to try and make a positive contribution. From what I've read though the signs don't look good unless significant efforts are made to engage with the fans which ultimately make or break a football club! Here's hoping for a successful season ....
