Good post Johnboy, my thoughts entirely. What the heck are the guys up the other end of the pitch supposed to be doing. They're shooting is far worse than Lionel's defending. And you wait till you see how determined Lionel will be the next time he runs out, this incident will make him a better player. I'ts about time everyone got off his back, I know he plays on the edge but I find him entertaining. So far he has done himself proud, leave him alone for goodness sake.

I said at the start of the season that I'd be happy with 11th place. We had become complacent as a team IMO. I also think it will be very difficult to go forward, or progress as a club until we address the missing 1000 fans problem.

I've had one of them too. Ranger v us few years ago. Got given two tickets in the club deck for myself and son in the game we went one nil up (Dargo's first goal for us?) when we drew 1-1 My son kept telling me to shut up or we'd get killed, I was trying to "convince" the rangers fans around me that any fan of football could surely have appreciated Dargo's goal..... Actually the crack was quite good and we were lucky we had reasonable fans around us.

TB will get to know his best 11 soon enough, which will help. We will also get 3 points soon somewhere unexpected. As for pressure, some like it some don't, but our team was definelty under pressure on Sat because a win was expected, to many people counting points before we had any.

Just watched the "highlights" On the two goals we conceded; first one, love the way RE comes out of his box (or is out of his box -you choose)misses the ball flattens Pavel, pure keystones cops, second one I think the ball just kicks up off the turf a fraction high and throws Grantie a little who misses it. I'm sure he would agree with me. Wouldn't surprise me in the slighest if Mikey starts on Wed, as TB has yet to see him in action.

Morais has got to be starter from now he has what it takes to unlock a defence and is bound to get us a pen at some point.
