  1. "I've heard of camping in the middle of a field Ethel, but this is ridiculous and if you'd gone to Halfords for a proper roof rack none of this would have happened"
  2. Is it not about time we tried playing 3 at the back at home, whatever formation we play in front of them?
  3. Boy am I honored to discover I support a team with Homor Simpson on the books...... Partick Thistle couldn't handle him, play him on Saturday I say!
  4. I thought there was 1M or very close to it living in Glasgow as well?
  5. I have always been an advocate of shooting into the home fans, or should I correct myself and say shooting the direction of home fans in the first half.
  6. Oh dear me, that's all I can say Should we not be trying to sign a striker to score more goals rather than a defender who may let more in? As for Hastings, good luck to you mate. No disrespect to Golly but his playing days here are over and what does this signing tell our competitors? signed Offically depressed ps I can hear people laughing in Dingwall from here.
  7. Poor old Lionel gets it again Okay the guy had a bad day, but as has been said already so did the entire team more or less. I actually find him quite entertaining which is more than can be said of the team in general. From what I could see, not being an expert, he was clearly told no runs down the wing and I think he was little lost boy on Sat not knowing what to do. As for that block before half time, need a medal for that one it was a cert goal.
  8. Does he know about the two cracking league home games he's just missed?
  9. Surely a striker of any age starting for a championship side would potentially be a cracking signing for us?!
  10. As Dundee have failed to scare us, it's seems clear to me that this division is absolutely up for grabs.
  11. Richie Foran is the closest thing we have to a goal scorer and I would play him at no.9 and nowhere else. He is also brilliant in the air and IMO this is the best position for him anyway.
  12. I'm extremely confident that we will get promoted back up straight way as it has not been done for a while. I'm even more confident than I was when I said we would not get relegated! TB will make this happen.
  13. Great news, we can forget about having to look for a goal scorer now. Hats off to TB for this one big time, he needs a lot of credit for making this happen. I took it as read he would be off.
  14. As regards strikers... They we are, being complacent again "hoping" that we'll score some goals. Hoping Rooney and Young Idi will do the job, maybe they will? And I for one would be delighted. I firmly believe TB will sign a striker before we kick off.
  15. Have we been looking at any strikers? We need someone to score us some goals this season since as we were relegated on goal difference.
  16. Irnbru
  17. Cosmetic
  18. Although we did well on Sat against New Zealand we had a bit of a lesson yesterday from South Africa, never mind it's nice to have a team to cheer on. My money's on India, although it's anyone's tournament
  19. I hope all us good Scots are going to be cheering our team on this weekend. This is a format of cricket that any sports fan can watch, believe me!
  20. TB has to hang around here as he has something to prove and his reputation is at stake. Onwards and upwards!
  21. IMO CB was given ample time as a manager to succeed, but simply failed. Although I was never a real critic may patience ran out, like may others. He clearly tried hard and had a great desire to move forward. However, the one thing he did not have enabling him to do this was man management. He inspired nobody. Also and his biggest crime as far as I am concerned was putting out a team without a recognised goal scorer?! I think if he could have had his time again he would have played himself more and we would have possibly still be in the SPL
  22. It's in North Carolina
  23. Excellent post Huisden, I agree completely
  24. You could always leave the prices the same? But then you could also make them much cheaper and make more money, so someone will have to get their thinking cap on. I still think we should have pushed these much more when we were playing top flight football (now there's a contradiction for you) may be a difficult thing to do now, but nothing's impossible.
  25. Thinking we're going straight back up, is a far better idea than thinking anything otherwise. And if statistics show diferently then I don't care.
