So the transfer window has closed. The Daily Record hasn't updated it's page in over an hour and hasn't mentioned Don Cowie on there. The BBC website has mentioned he's gone but hasn't bothered updating the list for the SPL. The ins-and-outs reported by the Record over an hour ago haven't made it to their website.

What the f*!? is going on? I thought this was supposed to be up-to-the minute breaking news!
