Adams signs new contract

I see that Derek Adams has signed a one year extension to his contract, on top of that he already knows his budget for next season. They seemed to be a bit more organized across the bridge than our mob upstairs are.

So, we're not half way through this season yet and the RC budget is already set for next season. Does that mean they know they wont win the league? Cos an SPL budget will be a great deal more than existing ones.

Wonder if he's broken the news to the rest of his 'family'

They never released the details of the budget Alex, what Adams has said is that it will allow him secure his players and backroom staff for next season, a position I wish we were in considering a great number of our squad are on 1 year deals

C*unty are determined to get to the SPL before we get back there and this is the men (man) at the top walking the walk instead of just talking the talk. Adams will have an SPL sized budget for next season regardless. The hope is that they secure promotion this season, but the plan is that if they don't then the investment is being made to push hard for it next season.
