Spoken to a friend of mine who works at Thorpe Arch which is the youth academy HQ for leeds (he's a physio) and he says that about 2 years ago great things were expected of Charlie but he didn't come on as first thought. Has a bit of speed but needs to toughen up. Good all round opinion though.

New additions always welcome. Seems like another promising prospect.

Terry must be doing something right..and it must be a very pleasant experience working at ICT just now. If the atmosphere is exciing and upbeat this will lead to more players wanting to come in for the excitement if nothing else.
