First Team Players, Who Never Played

In light of Curtis Allen's recent exit, I was thinking there of ICT first team players, who for some reason or another, never got a game (when I say first team players, I mean proper first team players, not youth players who appeared on the bench and never came on).

Did you ever see any of them play, where are they now and would they have been any good?

We'll go one at a time as well, it's more fun that way!

I'll start us off with the aforementioned Curtis Allen.  Highly rated and a good record in Northern Ireland and had been linked previously with West Brom and Swansea.  He's now back in Belfast with Glentoran.

I saw him play once in an U20 game.  He looked awfully slow and unfit, even for that league.  I don't think we'll be missing much with him to be honest.

Allison played against Allan in the Challenge cup once.

Kyle Allison had a 100% clean sheet record for us!

Played in challenge cup tie v Annan in 2009, which we won 4-0 despite having Stratford and Eagle in midfield. And funny as it seems now, Graeme Shinnie was only on the bench because Lionel Djebi-Zadi was preferred at left back.

Allison deserves to be a contender in the all time XI for such an achievement. I think Bulvitis also played that day, also prone to dodgy moments.

How we won Division One with a defence that included both Djebi-Zadi and Bulvitis is one of life's great mysteries!

Probably because for the 2nd half of the season the back four was Proctor, Tokely, Munro and Golabek.

Bulvitis quite recently scored for Latvia so he's no bad

Jason Oswell anyone...
