Hello all. 

Is there anyone here planning to take the train to Motherwell on Sat? I will be coming from Falkirk as I'm staying with family this weekend. Just wondering what station is the easiest to get to Fir Park, Motherwell or Airbles?

Airbles is actually a fair bit closer to Fir Park than Motherwell station. Maybe ten minutes walk at a reasonable pace as opposed to closer to twenty minutes from Motherwell.

I don't know if it's changed now, but I'm sure Airbles station was closed last time we were at Fir Park.  It's definitely closer though, but could well still be under construction.

Can't see anything on the Scotrail web site to say that Airbles station is closed ;-)
