Watering Holes updates

Feck managerial appointments, feck boot room staff changes, feck player ins and outs and feck discussion about playing systems and styles. We need decisions about watering holes to frequent on our travels. The Stand Bar at Dumfries has gone, the Elizebethan has gone, the bar on top of the Hill at Livi is now a Feckin Eatery, can we ever trust the Alamo catering again, Westfield is a Feckin DRY zone and we may as well hide a carry out in the Feckin hedge at Brechin. Is the Norseman still there ? Where do you have a swally in Rockville ? At least we have a choice in Dungdee.

We need to make decisions NOW, we need local knowledge - and I am to public houses whatt Vasella was to lower league players. But we need nominations,  reviews and serious debate. Perhaps Forfar watering holes may have to be prioritised :cheer01:

Yer right Yngwie, he's seething ?

byraway, the Norseman in Greenock is still alive and kicking. Prefer the chippie doon the stairs though! Oor supporters buses usually head to Gourock to the Spinnaker Hotel for a spot of lunch and only 15 mins drive from Cappielow.

Wait til ye aw see The Hedge at Brechin! Quite iconic.

See it - I have been in it and challenged by an overenthusiastic steward. My main concerns is that the nearest pub I spotted was 1/2 mile away on the main street.

I'm moving down to Kirkcaldy soon, so expect more regular appearances at said waterholes than in previous years from myself. Looking forward to this season a lot... really hope the team don't turn it into ****.

There's a wee bar in the stand behind the goals at Brechin . Only bottles, cans and shorts though, no draught lines.
