Pampering and Tampering

ICT Supporter's Trust are holding a fundraising night of 'pampering and tampering' on Friday 16th March.

This is the night before our home game with Dunfermline.

The venue is Macrae & ****'s Land Rover showroom in Harbour Road with a 7pm start. Before you think I have flipped with this venue I'll explain a bit more about it.

The evening will begin at 7pm with a Virgin Vie makeover demonstration and advice on chosing the right colours by a colour analysis expert.  Following the demonstration, you will be welcome to place orders and book demonstrations of your own.  As a one off we will receive 25% commission on sales from this part of the evening and a further payment for demonstrations booked and held following this event.  Virgin Vie consultants will be available following the demonstration to answer questions etc.

Following this

Macrae & **** will be giving some basic car maintenance demonstrations and advice.

Northern Constrabulary Community Safety Officers will give a talk on personal safety.

Colour Analysis, Wine Tasting, Hair Advice and tips, Partylite Candles, diet and fitness advice from the ideal W8 team

Plenty going on to while away the time over a glass (or two) of wine.

We will also be having a raffle.

You will be able to be taken up the town by Limo for only £5 per head from 9ish

I am expecting this to be a very sociable event, a great chance to get a few pals/colleagues together for a night out with a difference.  Mothers day is on the 18th March so maybe this would be a treat for Mum and her pals.

TICKETS ONLY £5 PER HEAD

Please contact either myself or Maimie for more information and to buy tickets.

Due to the limitations of the venue, we would appreciate it if you could buy your tickets or at least let us know you are coming in plenty of time. This is also important for catering purposes.

Attached is a very basic flyer which you could print off and put up on your notice board at work or maybe on your e-mail or intranet.  All welcome.

Buffy PM me your number and I'll give you a call later.  There are 2 travel lodges, both a short taxi ride away, so just ask for a taxi to Macrae & **** Land Rover and we'll look after you from there.

Oh C_H2- You are such a pleasure to have on board, a great help to the working of the trust.  You are the first to complain we do nothing and then you have absolutely nothing positive to say when we try something a little different.

I don't think you'll find that these tickets have a face value as you can't buy them on a game to game basis.  They have been kindly donated by AJG parcels to support our evening, but I thought that it would be a good opportunity to offer these to some fans (like yourself) who aren't coming along tonight.

Guess you'll not be bidding then?  :006:

We'll have a good night and I'm sure the winner of the auction will have a great day.

Thanks for all your support.  :021: :021: :021: :023:

So what's the score here? Most people will be there to be pampered, except for Footballer's Wife who will be there to be tampered with?

So are you joining us Charles, either for pampering or tampering?  :015: :015:

Thank you to those who have chosen to send their bids by PM.  I will take these into consideration and let you know later tonight if you have been successful.

Your support is much appreciated.

I think I'll pop along.  These evenings need a bit of male totty.

Male totty much appreciated.  :015: :015:

Thank you to everyone who supported the night, don't have a final total but we had a wee night out and raised something around about £400.

I have a lot of thank yous to do, but for now it's feet up and a well deserved glass of wine.

If only there was a half chance of them meeting face value, we would have doubled our fund raising for the night.  :015: :015: :015: :015:

I saw the limo's out and about a fair bit that night (I was working back shift) and was wondering if the poor driver was having the same hassle with drunk passengers as I was  :015:

If I hadn't been working I would have been there to claim the facial that FW still owes me  :004:

Superb night - Well Done LG - when's the next one! :016:

  • 2 weeks later...
