Brewster on the bench.... Niculae & Wyness up front.....Ā  :024:

Sounds like we've made a half decent start....

Spoke too soon....

Vinegar of Humpdink.... 1-0Ā  Ā  :020:

Unless this is just karma from last season and ICT will win 2-1 in the end. :024:

need to be 2-3 now then

always the same, we play well against these b*stards but they always somehow get jammy goals. Not sure but was both their goals deflections?

Like somebody said a fortnight ago.... You never get any breaks when you're at the bottom...

I've been watching the game online and I can tell you that the first goal seemed to bounce off Vof H's knee and the second seemed to hit McGuire on the way in taking away from Fraser.Ā  Not a bad performance though.

Bound to be now!! :015:

5-0!!

20 minutes to go!!

:023:

Is this our worst ever defeat?Ā  :019:

Well, at least we haven't matched that previous record!

Good to see the defence tightened up after Caff gets dropped :023:

Yeah, but if Caff had played..... :010:

Can't see us winning the league now.

Yer right samuelbarros.....i fancied our chances havingĀ  lost first 5 games.....not now tho :023: Theres always Champions League spot tho :021:

I left after the fifth went in, just couldn't stay any longer.

It's not because we were a bad side, I was just so dejected after a hard two weeks.

Positives:

There are many in this game.Ā  The football we played at times was fantastic.Ā  Very few hoofs up the pitch, good slick passing play.

Niculae will score goals, he just needs his first.Ā  He was shut out of this game by the Celtic defence, and wasn't found at other times.Ā  Great composure for the shot that hit the post, was very unlucky.

Defence: At times very well organised, still some dodgy moments but getting better.

We had some good shots, and Boruc pulled some good saves.

Negatives:

3-0 down, no chance of winning the match.Ā  You send the subs to warm up, and don't make a change.Ā  Sort it out.

Dennis Wyness - Missed a sitter of a chance to put us one up, not good enough.Ā  Very dissapointed.

We can't take our chances

That's about it.Ā  On the whole, very impressed with the way the team played.Ā  Still not sure why Brewster leaves himself out against the old firm.Ā  If it was against any other team, I reckon we would have won this.

A big hoof up the park worked quite well for Scotland on Wednesday..!!

Niculae scored two good goals against Arbroath in the cup.....Ā  :014:

Just home from game. We played some really good football and created more than a few chances but just couldn't hit the net. Boruc had a couple of really good saves. The whole squad played really well with not too many mistakes. Well apart from the odd poor pass. We were totally outclassed by an excellent Celtic side and it showed in their goals. However, more of the same standard and we'll start cimbing soon.

just watched the goals on santanta apart from the first one the others were good goals

We'll come good soon I'm sure of that. ICT are well known to start the season slowly but I'm sure an increase in speed is in the offing.

Always look on the bright side of life .......
