Sell out Aberdeen games???

Nabody else does

Avberdeen don't even sell out Aberdeen games.

I've no idea.  Its not like Rangers or to a lesser extent Celtic games where about 1,000 of the home fans are blatantly supporting the other team, maybe Invernessians just like boring football?

It's because all ICT supporters used to be Aberdeen supporters, as Aberdeen was the nearest "big" team when Caley and Thistle were in the HL.

And we're no longer in the same league as Ross County.

Or Elgin City.

Those games are our local derby.

I dont think we've ever sold out any games against Aberdeen though. Highest in last two seasons was 7368. Other two games 5744 and 6809.

Mind one game against Aberdeen at Pittodrie, it was over the festive period, and there was a capacity 22,000 crowd - fantastic sight to see Pittodrie that full.

Remember that game well RIG, attendance given was 18,500 but every stand (including the corner bit) was full.  It was our first season in the SPL and I remember thinking then how much better being involved in an ICT game was when 20,000 fans were there!

Shame they dont have any fans these days.

Aberdeen fans are by far and away the most fickle in scotland.

They crave success, Europe and cup runs, but they didn't fill Dnipro, and I'll put my shirt on them not filling their first quarter final for a few years either
