Webster - any connection to ICT

Might be wrong about this, but I'm pretty sure Andy Webster was in our end on Saturday, and if it was him, and not a lookalike, that's the second time I've seen him in among our fans at an away game this season (I think the other was Gretna but can't quite remember). Anyone know if he has any family connection with ICT or any close friends among our players. Or have I been having one too many pints before the games and started seeing things?

AM, as we discussed at the game on Saturday, I reckon the connection is the east coast. Graham Bayne played a season for Arbroath in 2001/02 - however, this was after Webster has signed for Hearts. Webster was born in Dundee, another of Bayne's ex clubs. However, having said that, maybe he just has impeccable taste, or wants his son to grow up supporting a proper team :004:

Maybe he is pally wi Wyness from his time at Hearts

I'd have thought, being as that he's now back in full training with Rangers, Webster would have been at the Bronx on Saturday.

im sure he was at the game against gretna at fir park with his son earlier in the season. he was down the front and waited till everyone was sort of out before leaving.
