Now as to the team, u are carrying too many journeymen player ie s carrying too many oldtimers Tokely slow , Wyness past it I agree get ssome youngsters in I help in Skonto in Latvia and there some great players .. especially a guy with a great left foot who runs like a stag, the team is managed by an Englishman ... dont hold that against him, but they play for peanuts I have some videos of practice matches watch .. you all might be impressesd

Romanov's players are Lithuanian...not Latvian. And most of them come here on loan so get round the work permit issue a bit easier. One of the problems with taking on young talent from eastern europe is the stupid laws on work permits.

Did Niculae not miss the first 2 or 3 games of this season because of his work permit?

I think I saw Deano Mac heading through the Airport on Friday.... Wonder if he is worth a second season to show brew what he is capable of. We've all seen his goals for Gillingham on youtube... 10 minute sub appearences here and there do no justice to anyone
