When you see the situations at Sevco, Hearts, The pars, Killie, etc... it is very reassuring that we are run by sensible people who are not risking the long term future of our club. And it's even more credit to Terry & Mo performing so well under the tightest financial restrictions of all SPL clubs. I'm always proud to be an ICT fan but things like this make me even more proud.

I doubt the SFA will ever sanction either of the ugly sisters using this legislation. Instead they are more likely to pick on a smaller team such as us or the tinks and use the legislation against some trivial/out of context/jumped up claim to gain face in the eyes of UEFA. We've waited decades for the SFA to do anything meaningful regarding the twins of evil and the bigotry and baggage they bring to the game, this new legislation is not going to suddenly see the SFA grow a pair of balls and do anything of substance to address the issue.

I'm not saying that it should have been us and not them in 3rd place, I'm just saying that I think in this instance the league table lies a little, I don't feel they were the 3rd best team in the country at all. I've nothing personal against St.J at all, I just watched them play a few times last season and didn't think much of them. Ah well - onwards and upwards eh!

According to Dougal since the release of the photos of the away kit, 5462 Invernessians have purchased season tickets at c*unty.

Normally I'm of the belief that "the table doesn't lie" and the best team finishes top, the second best team finishes second, etc... But I just don't think St.J were the third best team in the league last season at all. In fact I think they were pretty poor, so I'll be interested to see what happens to them.

He moved for money - fair enough, he's got a family to provide for, a shame really as I would have liked him to stay but I think getting Doran on a 3 year contract may prove to be a more astute move. As for Hibs, in my opinion without Griffiths they are truly going to struggle next season and I doubt Fat Penlon will be there by Christmas. Think where they would've been without his goals this season. It can't harm Hibs having OTJ with them but he's not going to fix all their problems. And if he gets another injury... (BTW) I sincerely hope he does not get injured, just has a howler every time we play them and scores a hat trick when he plays the tinks. Onwards and upwards...
