  1. Guilty as charged your honour. However I'll leave it to Wanderer to explain about the old style lace-up ball which permanently scarred your brow if you headed it and knocked you unconscious if it was a wet day :sillywave: So my old English teacher used to say anyway.

OK we won't miss either of them but Dods will be harder to replace :001: I fear that Dargo's first year at ICT might just be a bright spot in his career. Otherwise it's back to being injured again.
  3. I would put it differently. The fans of the other SPL clubs have long become fatalistic and cynical as 'there's nothing you can do'. At ICT we are accustomed to miracles happening. We got the 10000 seats rule abolished as well as what we have achieved on the park. Change is what ICT is about.
  4. and anyway as you keep telling us, stop living in the past :014: Another one- How many posters have ever answered the same question twice :015: :015: :015: Give the laddie his due, the second one was 50% wittier than the first, ie 1.5/10 against 1/10.
  5. If you heard anybody booing Rory I hope you told them to shut the phuqup!
  6. Was that the usual 'mappet' then? Did he do a few jokes about the ref being the boy/girlfriend of the County players?

O/T I hope you've done that ICT tape for me. Will be up next Sat.

Did County play a bit of football then? I feared they'd just kick anything that moved, just like PTFC under Campbell. Remember after that cup tie we had so many injuries :009:
  9. Aye Richard did.
  10. Rory scores a hat trick and C(o)unty fall over themselves to get him on loan. He gets injured in the first game v Ayr. Falls over and gets a splinter of glass up his erse from the mirror he carries in his shorts back pocket.
  11. Some shots from the ex-Caley v ex-Keith shoot out last week. Also 3 that Peter Paul sent me last year. Sorry Peter....... Click on the big blue icon below, and navigate your way to the Players' Gallery. Auld Yins are at the bottom of the page.

  16. I don't think you should be allowed to name teams after chocolate bars anyway.
  17. I hope you're the next Scotland manager then :023:
  18. Like Russeldinho :021:
  19. I hear you can get bits of rubber to put over your zoom to prevent accidents :023:
  20. I was using a Tamron 55-200 zoom lens. Jessops are charging £200 for it but I got one online for £79. To be fair to Jessops, if you buy an SLR they give you the lens for £100. There's a X1.6 conversion factor due to the size of the sensor, so it's equivalent to about 88-320 mm compared with a 35mm camera.
  21. Keith pics are HERE Locos pics are HERE Also some Caley pics to come from the half-time penalties at Keith. See the Doc making an erse of it!
  22. Billy Horne it was. Sorry to Billy's parents if you're reading this, can't find any shots of him. Maybe next year eh? Pinched off the Locos website: 1. Ally Ridgers 2. Ross Tokely 3. Alan Morgan 4. Grant Munro 5. Jamie Duff 6. Roy McBain 7. Zander Sutherland 8. Richie Hart 9. Rory McAllister 10. Dennis Wyness 11. Marcus Paatelainen 12. Gary Wood (Dennis Wyness 65) 14. 23. Well after seeing the two games this weekend, I thought I could see some point to it. Both days the full management team were there, and the system seemed to be the same, only the players were different each day. Also it's true that the team gets a lot of the ball and has to learn to break down stuffy teams who are defending like their lives depended on it. Also, it has to be said, Keith and Locos were no pushovers and both gave the team a very hard workout.
  24. Well they held up anyway, and it turned sunny once I reached the FRB and glorious Midlothianshire :015: :015: :015: Visit to the scrappy tomorrow is in order. (what RiG's on about is, my wipers got vandalised last night in Keith and I had to spend all morning hanging around on a wet Sunday in Keith and just made it down to Inverurie for the start) Yes there's one or two pics I'm very chuffed about including Patti's goal. Where's yer Peter Paul anyhoo?
  25. Don, believe me, emailing you the pics is a whole lot easier than setting up a web gallery and uploading them to my own space (plus I don't have a lot of space anyway). Are you up for that, or is it easier if I get Photoshop to do the web gallery and then you or I upload them to this site? Let me know. Both days I got a lot of pics that could be used for squad lists etc, plus one or two of the goals etc. Also feel free to rip the St Mirren pics which are HERE as I want to get rid of them shortly.
