  1. Not much luck there either then! Bet you enjoyed the occasion,
  2. Humped by diddy clubs with the worst goal differene in British football? CC lasted the first 3 games of the season I believe. 3-0 defeat to current leaders Rangers, 2-1 defeat at St Mirren and Motherwell. it is a bonus to get anything from the old firm and the other 2 are games we should be aiming to get things from. Indeed we should have won at Motherwell. That is not being humped and a goal difference of -5 was nowhere near the worst in British football. Our biggest defeat of the season? 5-0 via celtic with Brewster at the helm. We could have been 3rd right now if he stopped mucking up the team and playing players out of position, if we had taken points from games in the last few, who knows.
  3. Most of the time I wish I never knew at all! He even gave me that damm dyslexia that effects my tiepin.
  4. No idea what the heck that is but we appear to have won the cup 2 years running!
  5. If anyone else fancies a trip we are getting the 0706 train from Glasgow Queen St. This way we dont have to change at Perth and join the Edinburgh train which is likely to be very busy. I believe it stops at Stirling around 0730 and Perth at 0800. Look for the carriage with the flags etc!
  6. No offence but the current source will not be named. As I said with his "info" is it may not be true. As for my family member that let things slip, it was a long time ago and basically everyone knows that an ex tannoy man from years ago may be my father! No new news.
  7. My first trip to the tattie bowl in 3 years or so. Hate the view, atmosphere and the home fans so dont normally go but what the ****. Will be in the London Road Tavern pre match with King Beastie if anyone fancies it?
  8. That is how it SHOULD work but our board does do things in strange ways some times.
  9. So at least we shall get money for him.
  10. You dont read the Highland Snooze then?
  11. Is that the same CC that went the last 5 games of a season without losing a game or conceding a goal? Is that the same CC that if it wasnt for a last minute Aberdeen goal would have taken ICT to 2nd in the league? Is that the same CC that took 7 points from 9 against Rangers last year? So losing 3 games on the bounce this season meant he had to go as the team was poor. If that is the case when is Mr Brewster going to do the same thing and resign? He is on 10 defeats so far with just over a qaurter of the season to go. I will go for 5 or 6 more defeats this season. At want point does CC become a nightmare?
  12. I think we could be a bit more ambitous. Look at Falkirk for example. I am delighted to stay in teh SPL but we should be making progress to finish higher each season we are there. We should also be winning away games at the likes of St Mirren ( I know celtic struggled) and Kilmarnock on a regular basis or we are never going to take the " next step". I will continue to give 100% but just want to see more ambition. Here is to Wednesday.
  13. One of the most talented players to have played at ICT and if he put some of the other parts of his game/personality into his game he could go a long way. Would love to still have him next season but I feel he will be elsewhere with Hibs most likely.
  14. Having watched the reserve game v Celtic on tv it may not be so much of a loss. He played very badly against a lot of less experienced players and his penalty was poor. Having said that it would not surprise me to see him play on Wednesday at Parkhead.
  15. I was going to put this on a thread of it's own but I guess it fits here. Not since a certain family member was invlolved with ICT have I been able to say that I have been told by a source from inside ICT so for the first time in 5 or 6 years: I have been told by a source from inside ICT that the players do not want to achieve a top 6 finish as they feel that they would have a better chance of getting 5 wins in the bottom since and getting 5 win payments. They have not been given an incentive to achieve the top 6 over the bottom 6 so they feel they could earn more playing at a lower level. It may not be true but if the club are not rewarding them for achieve a top 6 you can almost see where they are coming from.
  16. Not a crisis, just cr*p! It is not good enough for a team who are looking to progress. I am not expecting us to win at places like Easter Road etc all the time, I just expect to see a performance. We have not seen a performance for weeks and weeks now.
  17. Dont be silly SMEE, Brewster the is god remember and give him time blah blah. If this was anyone else that lost as many games on the trot and had the team playing so bad thre would be uproar!
  18. The train "MOB" are now confirmed in Section G. Look out those tartan rug, sweat eating bores, we are coming to get ya!
  19. There is little or no support for football in the Borders. Gala and the likes attract around 150-200 people for games so you would be voting in another East Striling. I think you have to look at the likes of Linlithgow who are far better organised than most of the clubs in the 2nd division. I doubt they would want to join however. Even better, admit no one and restructure the leagues with a bigger SPL. There are to many teams in Scotland anyway so this would be the ideal chance to change things for the good.
  20. Were we not here before when Motherwell stuffed us 3-0 on October? Just this time I really dont see us going on a run of not losing. We were talking of Brewster being tactically inept etc etc. Good to see that after a poor game he is on the training pitch with the team sorting it out. Oh no he's not, he is still in Glasgow on the BBC!
  21. I take it the member named jamieictfc is the same person? He appears to check the site no and then so hopefully the info does get through. Shame there isnt a member called msmith that checks the site. Then again, i didnt look for numpty
  22. It may be the numerous different boards. Gone are the days on the main (only board) where the meeting points for away games were regulaly discussed. Gone are the idea's of block booking at big ground as we are at them week in week out. Maybe we could reduce the different boards. Start up a negative board where all the bad stuff gets posted. It is important but it seems to bring everyone down. I would suggest main board, negative board and anything else board. Anything else would cover all non ict posts, non ict rumours, sneck memories or any dam thing people want to post. If it is complete tosh however, get rid. Clogs the site and is a waste of time and effort to most. We all miss the days of standing, regular pubs in Ayr and the likes. This can continue but in new pubs in Motherwell and Edinburgh. Could the matchday post start earlier and be pre-match day so we can all make arrangements for bars, trains and buses that are open for all to join? Lets stop getting to a point were some therear ends stop us having fun in our own ground. We used to be able to stand together, so can we come to a plan of being able to site together. This makes us all comrades in arms supporting the cause. We take this with us to away games as well and soon the warm fuzzy feeling will come back on the site. What is the possibility that we could look into having a website block of seats for home games? We must all get our tickets in advance either by season ticket or pre purchase. We can then all be together and get the atmposphere going at games and it would follow on to the site. Say the club allocate 50 seats in section F or G to the website. If anyone wants a season ticket in these seats they get first dibs (website people) then the rest must buy a ticket in advance for this section. Unslold tickets go back in the pot. This would also work for old firm games, hopefully driving out non ict fans. I would even be happy to pay some amount each season to help with admin for this, say ?5 each?
  23. The Moray is normally a good pub for the away fans. Dont forget we do have a club. Not in the best place and still got the old name but the beer is VERY cheap and the bus is perfect. Having said that the Innes is also excellet.
  24. Shame it wasnt the Bridge End Ultra's. Wasnt an option so I ripped up my ballot!
  25. iceland flag would work then!
