  1. The old ones are always the best...... A Christmas present idea A Young man called Ron wanted to buy a Christmas present for his new girlfriend. They hadn't been seeing each other for very long and she lived a considerable distance away. He consulted his sister and decided after careful consideration, that a pair of good quality gloves would strike the right note, not too romantic and not too personal. Off he went with his sister to Harrods ladies dept and they selected a dainty pair of fur lined quality leather gloves. His sister bought pair of knickers for herself at the same time. Harrods had a free gift wrap offer but the assistant mixed up the two items, the sister got the gloves and Ron got the knickers. Good old Ron sent off his gift wrapped present in a parcel with the following letter: Dear Sasha, I chose these because I've noticed that you are not wearing any when we go out in the evenings. If it had not been for my sister I would have chosen the long ones with buttons, but she wears shorter ones (which are easier to remove). These are a very delicate shade, but the lady I bought them from showed me the pair she had been wearing for the past three weeks and they were hardly soiled at all. In fact she hasn't needed to wash it since she began wearing them. I had her try yours on for me and she looked really smart in them even though they were a little bit tight on her. I wish I was there to put them on for you the first time, as no doubt many other hands will touch them before I have a chance to see you again. When you take them off remember to blow into them a little bit because they will be naturally a little damp from wearing. Just imagine how many times my lips will kiss them during the coming year. I hope you will wear them for me on our next date. All my love Ron P.S. My mum tells me that the latest style is to wear them folded down with a little bit of fur showing.

The Immortal One - to manage everyone's sanity King Beastie - to corrupt everyone's sanity Tug - for his cheek and abuse on other threads - :sillywave: :blah01: :sillywave: Denzil - purely because he's so shy, it would be funny to see him cope with the others! Barry Robson - to do the dodgy worm eating challenges! Karma for his diving! :023: Mrs PB

  15. I think Munro is an excellent captain, and once we get that defence sorted out, he'll come right into his own. I love Russelldinho, but he's a bit hot headed to be Captain, and might not be able to get up to his usual tricks if he was - watch what he does before he takes his next free kick, a huge gust of wind seems to appear and blow the ball 10 yards on! :015: :clapping03: :015: Mrs PB
  16. Well maybe if they'd sort themselves out "in-house" and have one rather than four managers they might not have to go part-time! I'm dying for them to win "Manager of the Month" - they'd have an almight squabble for the Trophy! :015: I think it's just idle threats to be honest! Mrs PB
  17. Welcome Back Richie! :clapping03: :021: :clapping03: Whatever your opinon on this - SUPPORT THE SHIRT! C'mon Richie - bang in a 40 year screamer and silence those critics! Mrs PB
  18. Hey Mitch, One of our pals (Well Fan) is coming up to watch the game too. We're taking him to The Caley Thistle Social Club on Greig St before/after the game. It's very good, Away Fans welcome - cheap as chips, and bus straight to game too. As for a "good meal" both The Kitchen and Mustard Seed are nice. Have fun! Mrs PB
  19. Or, as has been suggested, allowed to pick their own team?
  20. It was the way that he very proudly announced when the ties would be played afterwards, not realising at all that they'd completely just fecked it all up! :029:
