  1. We were just talking about this last night - bl**dy Motherwell! How many times have they escaped the drop! Looks like The Pars are on a good run, their monentum might just keep going.
  2. Just PM'd ya bab.
  3. Sorry Bab - my phone is as old as IHE - I dinnae get piccies! Just comes up as gooblydegook! How you doin? Mrs PB x
  4. I personally don't want to see County go down, we need to keep our feeder club in good shape. One of the reasons people think we are just a diddy club is our lack of "big" derby! We need a competitive local derby, and a good relationship between the clubs to bring on Highland talent. I'd love to see both clubs in the SPL fighting it out. It's the only other time (excluding the old firm) we can guarantee a half decent attendance! It's too easy to dismiss them as "The Tinks" - reckon some folk need to look at the bigger picture. We need them to help get rid of this problem people have with football in the north, you can't do that with only one SPL team. County are also pretty decent in their behind-the-scenes work too, an area where we are still sadly lagging behind!
  5. He was shocking last night at the Reserve game! Sorry, I know we need cover but he hasn't got it! :020:
  6. Gawd help us! :001:

I'd definitely say that there are places to avoid, but some of the more "rustic" places can be a right laugh if your in a good crowd!

Unlucky Gabby - he's getting a new one - we won't be able to stop him! :015:
  10. According to an interview on Radio Scotland last night, they had 10 applicants within 15 minutes of the announcement! Robbo was very careful not to upset his ex-employers, wouldn't say a bad word - guess he's learnt not to burn all his bridges eh! Gotta say, i wouldn't be thrilled if he came back to TCS. Thanks for the memories, but we've all moved on!

:015: :015: :015: - it was The Market bar and The Moray Bar! All the top spots! Gabby - must have been a hellva hangover - haven't heard from you since!
  13. Seems strange that so many ex-players think they can jump straight into managing in the SPL - Brewster, Lambert, Gough to name a few. Yes, maybe clubs love the kudos big names can bring, and push them to hard to begin at the top. But, if you were a current SPL player wouldn't you be looking at learning your trade before playing with the big boys? These players are brought in to ease tension with the fans, very often they are completely out-of-their-depth, have no clout to put their foot down, and end up in a mess. Pele is absolutely flying at Peterhead (mind you, he has got half the Caley team there!), but maybe ex-players need to appreciate that everyone has a level, which may not necessarily be SPL.
  14. 40 glorious Years since we stuffed the World Champions at home! Apparently something happened in 66' too, not sure what though, hardly get's mentioned! :015: Did anyone see The Scotland on Sunday yesterday, they nicked the "World Champions" and gold star and put them on our 1967 kit! Class - I want one! Caley D - get yer T-Shirt Press sorted!
  15. 2 x PB's, 2 x Gringos, 1 x Mad Referee and hopefully Lorna and her wee boy (lady from work). She loved the pampering, the naggin to become a Caley fan has nearly worked on her too! :015: Leona on the other hand is completely untrainable! :015:
  16. Sorry Clacher, I'm agree with Chibber (that's gonna come back and bite me on the erse innit :015:) Russelldinho was superb at Kilmarnock and MOTM at Ibrox. I'd personally swap yer 80/20 ratio there! One Russelldinho! One Russelldinho! :021:
  17. Just tuned over - Jeeez Michael Thomas is a fat bar steward now eh! Shall I start...... Jimmy Calder
  18. :015: :015: :015: !this like are threads when it love, banter great
  19. If that shot had gone in at Ibrox - goal of the feckin season! Frustrating yes, but there's a lot worse in the team - eh Rory!
  20. Mrs Pauliebee replied to L_G's topic in Caley Thistle
You never know, as LG has previously said, 1 month is a very specific amount of time - why not until the end of the season? Maybe it's to get him match fit, so CC can put him in his plans last few games?
  21. :025: Legend! :025:
  22. Thought it might be interesting to take a poll - Dods or Caff? You decide.........
  23. Mrs Pauliebee replied to a post in a topic in Caley Thistle
Maybe worth a wee poll? Dods or Caff? My vote would be Caff.
  24. First time at Ibrox - what a corker! Chant of the Season when Sebo came on, group of wee neds started to chant, turned round to taunt us, only to find out it was us that was chanting "SEBOOOOOOOOOOOO!". Que much confusion around Ibrox - superb! :022: Particularly liked the parting "We are the people" back at em too! Superb day - Wilson was top class when he came on! What a difference he made! What a shot by Russelldinho too! Them blue boots are defintely working! :015: May also force CC to let Caff keep his place, and build the defence up for next season. Although, a red card at Ibrox may not be the way The Machine had wanted to end his Caley days, he would be the first to tell you the team comes first, we need to grasp this opportunity!
