Duncan as Captain
I think Munro is an excellent captain, and once we get that defence sorted out, he'll come right into his own. I love Russelldinho, but he's a bit hot headed to be Captain, and might not be able to get up to his usual tricks if he was - watch what he does before he takes his next free kick, a huge gust of wind seems to appear and blow the ball 10 yards on! :015: :clapping03: :015: Mrs PB

County to go Part-Time?
Well maybe if they'd sort themselves out "in-house" and have one rather than four managers they might not have to go part-time! I'm dying for them to win "Manager of the Month" - they'd have an almight squabble for the Trophy! :015: I think it's just idle threats to be honest! Mrs PB

Subs
Or, as has been suggested, allowed to pick their own team?

How hard can it be????/
It was the way that he very proudly announced when the ties would be played afterwards, not realising at all that they'd completely just fecked it all up! :029:

One for the Statto's!
Birmingham haven't beaten Everton at Goodison since November 1957!!! That's some record! Obviously they haven't both been in the same division for all that time, but that's still one heck of an achievement! Any others you can think of? Mr Bannerman? Mantis? Mrs PB

MIKE FRASER
Well done Mikey! :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: We have to be patient and let the lad grow into the Keeper we need. Sort out that shambles of a defence first, and stop leaving him so exposed! It's easy to put Broon on a pedastal and forget he had howlers too!

Subs
Completely agree QB, we looked at the Newcastle score and had a giggle, at least they had the wotsits to do something about it! You pull one back with a decent amount of time left it can change the game completely! I really don't understand Brewsters strategy on this!

Richie.......
I think the problem might be the on season/off season onduty/off duty situation thing. From my limited knowledge, your contract covers you 9-5, then if you do anything in your "leisure time" the circumstances and consquences are completely different. In the same respect, Richie was out of season, not representing the club "officially", and it could technically be defined as "leisure time", which makes things far less clear cut.

Aberdeen -V- ICT : Matchday Thread
:clapping03: :021: :clapping03: It was suggested last night, half heartedly, but a possibility never the less, that if we dropped Caff and went to a back 3 at least we'd be 25% less likely to concede a goal! :015: :015: :015: Might work? :004:

Subs
Why on earth do we keep making late in the day subs, that will have little or no impact on the game? Happened again last night, no changes at half time (wouldn't Morgan or Rankin have given us more options?), then pile 3 on with less than 10 minutes left! The only time lastminute.com subs have worked is when the sub is Brewster! He knows how to turn defenders and plough through tired legs. Please can we start giving our Subs a chance to create something, rather than this 5/10 minutes nonsense! :008: :008: :008: Mrs PB

Apportioning the blame ?
It was a very quiet and long journey back from Aberdeen last night! :009: :019: :009: I didn't agree with dropping Fraser, but we did, and now the lads confidence is shattered - what the **** do we do now? - Why does he come so far off his line - he's asking to get chipped! - The 4th Goal was due to him not paying any attention at all to the game and getting caught short. I do rate him as a Keeper, he's young and he'll learn, every keeper goes through calamity stages...we need to bring on home grown talent - but feck knows what we do now!

Richie.......
Be very interesting to see how the next couple of weeks pan out, hurriedly brushed under the carpet...or a full public apology? What is the situation with Off-Season/On-Season - does it compare to "On-duty/Off-duty"? Classified as works time as you are still "representing the club"? Is it kinda like Christmas Parties, where you aren't "officially" in work time, but you can still be disciplined for any mishaps? Just a thought!

Richie.......
:015: If they found him with a CD on his lap "snorting" coke - why didn't they test him then and there, Did he get tested? Did it come out negative? Was his crime buying the drugs and acting like a big time "charlie" - not taking it? Has he actually admitted to taking anything? If he's lied to the club, then he should be punished severely, but I would still go down the route of a community based ecucational programme that will help him help others - gawd knows the Highlands could do with it!

Richie.......
HN - "It has been a very difficult situation for me, which has been wearing me down for however long. The only thing that matters to me now is concentrating on my football" - Richie Think it's very harsh to accuse him of getting off scot free! He's obviously been very stupid, and has definitely suffered for it. I'm really disappointed that he bought the drugs, but he tested negative, and we should support him. If everyone on this board had to leave after "disgracing the club" - they'd be no fecker left on here! We've all made mistakes. This situation could be turned completely on it's head - do it american style - send Richie out to schools as a kind of "community service" and to teach kids about the dangers of drugs and associating with people that do! Doubt they'd have the bollox to do it though! Mrs PB Standing firmly behind Hart!

Richie.......
From tonights Highland News ICT Suspends Drugs Shame Player "Unfortunately the way the justice system works, it's more beneficial if you accept guilt rather than be found guilty after pleading not guilty. At the end of the day it was what my views were on the matter, compared with what the police felt" "I obviously discussed it with my solicitor. If you do not think you have a strong enough case to go against it, bascially it's your word against the police" "I have never tested postitive for any drugs" "When interviewed Hart said that the amount on the CD disc was the remainder of half a gramme he bought for ?40 from someone at the venue"

Richie.......
I might be being completely niave, but I don't believe it was his. Why would he risk everything - especially when he knew he had tests probably coming up, and was already struggling to break back into the first team. Just because it was found in his car does not mean it was his!!!!!!!
