  1. See my post above, I'll be in Brechins, so I can take a ticket down for you. Phone and buy it tomorrow and I'll take it down for you
  2. See you in Brechins, train booked and looking forward to an ICT away day. I'll be in Brechins pre match so if anyone is stuck for tickets, phone the ticket office tomorrow and I'll take the tickets to Brechins for collection. Delivery charge very reasonable and comes in the form of Morgans and Lemonade. Can't wait - see you all Saturday.
  3. What a coincidence, both games being on a Tuesday, who would believe it. Seems you will all make it now then if the Scotland game is on another week altogether.

The Supporters Trust will also be in attendance at this meeting. We met Keith Ferguson from CAFE at our Annual Conference earlier in the year. Kenny Cameron put him in touch with Bronson and the rest is history. I hope we can all work together to set up a disabled supporters association over the next few months. TSNY - Hibs don't currently have a DSA and in fact they offer the least in the way of disabled concessions for away fans. The meeting is open to any disabled fan, their family members, carers, staff etc etc, in fact anyone at all who has an opinion they would like to share or a suggestion they would like to make. See you there.
  5. Kingsmill for me, it looks like pretty decent value for money.
  6. MissICT I'm not sure where your negativity stems from. First of all why do you doubt that it was supposed to be played against County? It was there progression to the Alba Cup Final that caused their call off. Who says we won't be playing our first team? Who says only 1500 will turn up? I'm sure we won't play all of our 1st team, but I'm equally sure that a number of them will feature. You might not be far away with your crowd prediction, but I hope people will come out to support Roy as he has served the club well over the years and deserves his night. The opposition shouldn't matter.
  7. Is this for full time students over 18 as well? I was under the impression it wasn't. We'll I'm 18 and a full time student and I was given a ticket for ?7 Oh well maybe you should return it and pay full price then as it was obviously as error.
  8. Getting a team is not as easy as you might think. Roy doesn't want to change the date as the testimonial committee were quite far down the road with the county game, so they will just change a team. We would all love a big named team on a Saturday afternoon, but that's not going to happen. Alex is spot on - it shouldn't matter who the opposition is as it's for Roy's benefit anyway. It will be a really good night and I'm sorry you can't make it.
  9. The game can not and will not be played on a Saturday. It will be played on Tuesday 23rd November as advised. This date will definitely not change, so it won't be moved to a Saturday, no matter how much you would like it to be. So just to make it clear it will be held on Tuesday 23rd November with a 7.30pm kick off. November is because that's the date Ross County set and nothing to do with Roy potentially leaving in . Roy has a contract until the end of the season, so there would be little likelyhood of him going anywhere in January. I'm kind of remembering why I don't post on here much now
  10. Top Six, the clue is in the bold text. HOLD THE DATE. As explained before this game will definitely not be on a Saturday for a number of reasons. The date will remain Tuesday 23rd November and the team are now confirmed so we should have an announcement very soon.
  11. Concessions for under 18s and over 65s only - no student concessions I'm afraid, only for under 18s.
  12. I am sorry to have to tell you that due to Ross County's progression to the Alba Challenge Cup Final, they can no longer play this game for Roy. This is really disappointing, but not to worry hold the date and wait for another announcement very very soon. You won't want to miss it, it WILL be a great night (maybe even better) despite this set back. As soon as I have confirmation from the testimonial committee you'll be the first to know. :-)
  13. If everything works out you might just get a glimpse of the man himself in the not too distant future.:)

I'm hoping to go along, it would be nice to see a few folk there to support them.
  15. Of course it would be great to play it on a Saturday, but we need to play the game to suit both clubs and this is the only possible date available that suits everyone. We'll just have to make the most of it. For those who can't make it, but would like to show your support, you could always still buy a ticket or make a donation to the testimonial fund. I hope with it being the only planned fixture between us and County this season that we will get a reasonable crowd, but obviously we won't have as many as we might get on a Saturday.
  16. It's a Tuesday night, probably 7.30pm kick off. There will be a good deal on hospitality. I expect it to be around the ?30 mark, with a hot buffet, pies etc at half time and a pay bar pre and post match. More details to follow but if you think you would be interested drop me a PM and I'll let you know the finer details once everything is confirmed. Also opportunities for sponsorship, Match sponsor, Man of the Match Sponsor etc etc etc. Same again PM me if you or anyone you know might be interested in finding out more. Should be a great night with one or two older faces making an appearance.
  17. I expect there may be a few AJS. Looking forward to it.
  18. Just when you thought you weren't going to see our local derby game this season. The game will be played in Inverness as a testimonial game for Roy McBain. More details to follow, but it's likely ticket prices will be ?10 and ?5 with some good hospitality offers.
  19. You heard it here first No longer against County, so an announcement should be made soon regarding the team

Just off to join him for his farewell drinks in the social club.
  21. I did not call you an a**hole, please go back and read the words I typed .... I said that it was MY opinion that what you posted was a crock of sh1t ! Please do not misquote me. Also, can you please consider why you feel you can write your opinion with no-one stopping you from doing it (which we have not), yet you do not feel it is appropriate for the the moderators, admin, or the founder of the site to do likewise ? We are fellow posters not some "staff" of yours ! I understand you are upset, angry and pissed off that we lost heavily tonight but at the end of the day lets not make this what it is not. You have expressed your opinion and I have not slagged you off, just your opinion ... It may have been a hearty disagreement of your opinion but then again, your opinion was quite strong in and of itself !!! Well why write the words, i quote, "crock of *****" when a simple, i disagree was more appropriate. Yeah, i am still pissed off and will be until at least the weekend until Mon, when i have a forfeit bet consequence to do :(. So does that mean Terry should get to keep his job on Monday once you have calmed down. I along with others think you are way off the mark. Terry Butcher has been and still is a great manager and as someone mentioned elsewhere, it's down to him that we have the strength of squad we have. The players have tremendous respect for him. Tonight was a tactical gamble which didn't pay off, but it was only the CIS cup. A cup run is great if it happens, but the league must come first. I was at the game tonight and yes I'm disappointed, but we had a young team out tonight and they did okay. Tuffy may have let in 6, but he made some great saves too. I'll keep on supporting the team and Terry Butcher for the time being if that's okay with you.
  22. Not just for kids, you will be able to have a photo taken if you are in the sports bar before the game
  23. L_G posted an event in Fixtures & Events

Supporters Trust Race Night - Social Club, Greig Street, Inverness Your Supporters Trust has recently supported the ICT Youth & Community Department with the lease of a new Community Van. We have also had an ongoing relationship with the Inverness Street League and the Inverness Select Team, where we hope to see some Caley Thistle stars of the future emerge. The Ball Boys will be next to received a grant for uniforms for this season. These are just a few of the many people we can help with the funds we raise. So if you are free and would like to help us to raise some money to allow us to continue supporting these groups then please come along to our next race night on Friday 17th September. Tickets
  24. Supporters Trust e-mail is [email protected] and the Trust mobile number is 07879221569. Feel free to get in touch or copy us into any e-mail you decide to send. I have already spoken to someone tonight about someone who was ejected and I'll certainly raise it with ICT in the morning to see if there is anything they can do.
  25. Well done Ryan Esson
