  1. I have to say I thought the support last night was fantastic. For a freezing cold midweek game, I was really impressed with both the numbers and the noise. Some excellent chants on the go too. Well done to everyone who made the journey and the atmosphere. What a legend Terry Butcher is as he showed his appreciation at the end of the game, I think he enjoyed himself.

  6. See my post above, I'll be in Brechins, so I can take a ticket down for you. Phone and buy it tomorrow and I'll take it down for you
  7. See you in Brechins, train booked and looking forward to an ICT away day. I'll be in Brechins pre match so if anyone is stuck for tickets, phone the ticket office tomorrow and I'll take the tickets to Brechins for collection. Delivery charge very reasonable and comes in the form of Morgans and Lemonade. Can't wait - see you all Saturday.
  8. What a coincidence, both games being on a Tuesday, who would believe it. Seems you will all make it now then if the Scotland game is on another week altogether.

The Supporters Trust will also be in attendance at this meeting. We met Keith Ferguson from CAFE at our Annual Conference earlier in the year. Kenny Cameron put him in touch with Bronson and the rest is history. I hope we can all work together to set up a disabled supporters association over the next few months. TSNY - Hibs don't currently have a DSA and in fact they offer the least in the way of disabled concessions for away fans. The meeting is open to any disabled fan, their family members, carers, staff etc etc, in fact anyone at all who has an opinion they would like to share or a suggestion they would like to make. See you there.
  10. Once again I though I'd done not too badly, but upon checking I had put us down to lose instead of win. You would think I would have learned my lesson by now. When we are away our score comes 2nd :irritated: I must try harder I must try harder I must try harder etc etc etc

  12. Kingsmill for me, it looks like pretty decent value for money.
  13. MissICT I'm not sure where your negativity stems from. First of all why do you doubt that it was supposed to be played against County? It was there progression to the Alba Cup Final that caused their call off. Who says we won't be playing our first team? Who says only 1500 will turn up? I'm sure we won't play all of our 1st team, but I'm equally sure that a number of them will feature. You might not be far away with your crowd prediction, but I hope people will come out to support Roy as he has served the club well over the years and deserves his night. The opposition shouldn't matter.
  14. Is this for full time students over 18 as well? I was under the impression it wasn't. We'll I'm 18 and a full time student and I was given a ticket for ?7 Oh well maybe you should return it and pay full price then as it was obviously as error.

  16. Getting a team is not as easy as you might think. Roy doesn't want to change the date as the testimonial committee were quite far down the road with the county game, so they will just change a team. We would all love a big named team on a Saturday afternoon, but that's not going to happen. Alex is spot on - it shouldn't matter who the opposition is as it's for Roy's benefit anyway. It will be a really good night and I'm sorry you can't make it.
  17. The game can not and will not be played on a Saturday. It will be played on Tuesday 23rd November as advised. This date will definitely not change, so it won't be moved to a Saturday, no matter how much you would like it to be. So just to make it clear it will be held on Tuesday 23rd November with a 7.30pm kick off. November is because that's the date Ross County set and nothing to do with Roy potentially leaving in . Roy has a contract until the end of the season, so there would be little likelyhood of him going anywhere in January. I'm kind of remembering why I don't post on here much now
  18. Top Six, the clue is in the bold text. HOLD THE DATE. As explained before this game will definitely not be on a Saturday for a number of reasons. The date will remain Tuesday 23rd November and the team are now confirmed so we should have an announcement very soon.
  19. Only 3 to go now. I have to go to bed but keep just watching one more, that's been for about 2 hours now. I'm definitely not staying up for the last 3. Amazing scenes though, great to see them re-united with their loved ones
  20. Concessions for under 18s and over 65s only - no student concessions I'm afraid, only for under 18s.
  21. I am sorry to have to tell you that due to Ross County's progression to the Alba Challenge Cup Final, they can no longer play this game for Roy. This is really disappointing, but not to worry hold the date and wait for another announcement very very soon. You won't want to miss it, it WILL be a great night (maybe even better) despite this set back. As soon as I have confirmation from the testimonial committee you'll be the first to know. :-)
  22. If everything works out you might just get a glimpse of the man himself in the not too distant future.:)

    under 19s

I'm hoping to go along, it would be nice to see a few folk there to support them.
  24. Of course it would be great to play it on a Saturday, but we need to play the game to suit both clubs and this is the only possible date available that suits everyone. We'll just have to make the most of it. For those who can't make it, but would like to show your support, you could always still buy a ticket or make a donation to the testimonial fund. I hope with it being the only planned fixture between us and County this season that we will get a reasonable crowd, but obviously we won't have as many as we might get on a Saturday.
