If Charlie really rated Proctor, he would not have let him go. He is a good player who can play in a number of positions, but he was not near claiming a regular first team slot, which is why he wanted to go. He wanted to play football which is understandable. I'm really disappointed that it hasn't worked out for him as I think he has the potential to go on and be successful. Livingstone could be a possibility for him. Hope it's settled soon.

We have this afternoon signed a new goalie, or should I say an old goalie. ?? Ideal I would say, a number 2 for Michael, but also talented and could make the step up if required. Ally Ridgers has signed from Clach. He's a good keeper and will benefit from working with Ikey and Stuart Garden. Glad to see him get another chance. :021: :021:

On the other hand what's the point in keeping him if we aren't going to play him. We would have got money for him if we let him go now. The games against Utd aside I think he'll keep his place, but Caff does have to feature to get him up to speed.

I suppose as long as the contract remained unsigned there was a bit of hope he could change his mind. I do wish him well and agree that I wish he was going somewhere other than Utd.

Tickets are available from ICT, not sure about whether or not you will be able to buy them on the day, I seem to remember there was a problem with this at the last game.

Is it not £100 only if you want your name on the top and will they not be releasing it to everyone else for the normal price? I would have thought that would be the case but as Blackie says it will not be made available outwith the promotion. I'm guessing that the idea of the £100 is that it will be collectable and exclusive, but I'm the same with 2 kids it will be outwith my budget I'm afraid. I would definitely have bought them one each at normal price. Good idea though and I hope it's a success and it will raise a bit of money.
