  1. Anything Dodsy says should be ignored. The man talks utter garbage on a weekly basis and it's a joke the Beeb regard him as one of the top pundits. BBC Scotland have so many lame ex players they pass off as experts. Allan Preston and Des McKeown are another two who annoy me.
  2. I think w'd face stiff competition from Harrogate Railway..... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ter/7600616.stm
  3. Shameless plug if ever I seen one!
  4. Four reporters and same old Beeb coverage!! Waste of tax payers money if you ask me! Boring!!!
  5. Dutch striker on trial ex-Ajax kid according to Moray Firth. Kiran Bechan Fingers crossed he passes the Brewster test. Nice vid too http://www.mfr.co.uk/Article.asp?id=561816&spid=25564
  6. Time to recruit one then......be great to see some famous wearing a shirt or with a scarf....obv not Elton John
  7. Away from all the transfer gossip and constant Caley Thistle specualtion....yeah right!! Be thinking this for a while, who are is our famous supporter(s)? Apart from the glory hunting celeb's who say they follow the big two, Hibs have the Proclaimers (Bught Park countdown is on) and Dundee United have Lorraine Kelly for example. Do we even have any? Not counting Charles Bannerman...yawn!!
  8. Zibi Tokely Watt Kerr Hastings Wilson Hart Cowie Vigurs McDonald Wyness
  9. Nope have to agree.....the guys yesterday was embarassing. The half time is bad enough, should the pa not be down there getting a bit of banter with the contestants and trying to create a wee bit of an atmosphere. Maybe Brew could add a replacement to his summer shopping list?
  10. Brewster was at the Clydesdale Bank SPL awards on Monday night, therfore Malky was on press duties this week!
  11. I feel the Denzil situation has been blown out of proportion and rightly so Brewster has pulled back the contract offer. Wyness has been poor in the last couple of season and has struggled to find the net of a consistent basis. I know injuries have played a part in this, but his last goal this season was in October and that's not the kind of ed form to be granted an extension. Legend or not his performance on Saturday was un-acceptable. At least Bayney gives the side a bit of enthusiasm when he plays.
  12. Just heard Craig Brewster on the MFR sports show and he was asked on the absence of Marius and Blackie. He said Blackie was left out but was severly missed in the middle of the park and he denied the Romanian international issue is affecting Marius.
  13. The BBC's coverage gets poorer as the season goes on. Scott Davie's voice annoys me and they always trot out Irvine for the Caley Thistle games suppose it's better than Billy Dodds!!
  14. This could be the man http://www.chestercityfc.net/Player?playerId=242869 Former Killie defender Sean Hessey, also mentions he is transfer listed!
  15. Funny that, I was thinking of setting one up but wanted to see if there had been any previous ones and I wasn't stepping on old ground. Although not sure if there would be much interest?
  16. I can't believe the club don't have the facility of live radio commentary and Video, which other PTV clubs have for example. Surely the club will have to look at the possibility of doing this soon! Why can other SPL clubs manage it bar us?
  17. Would imagine Ally Marsh Kerr ???? ???? Cowie Duncan Morgan Paat Rory and Deano
  18. Fraser Tokes Munro Caff Hastings Wilson Duncan Hart Rankin Wyness Bayne Big question mark over Hart, but he was by far our best player before the end of last season!
  19. Bamba would be an excellent signing! But I'm sure we would face stiff competition from the likes of Killie! Is Alex Burns not past it? Mark Burchill would be a good signing too!
  20. The squad is crying out for defender. We have four solid and consistent performers who give 100 per cent every week. However look at last season we went the entire season picking up no or few injury and suspensions to that department. But McCaffrey covered when necessary. Next season we might not be as lucky and could struggle big time. Ideally we need two, possibly even three squad players to add competition and act as cover. The midfield is no great concern, Cowie can play wide right, Ranks and Marcus can play left hand side. However that position can wait untill January. and obv a striker(s) is a must. All the talk is about attracting players from the central belt, what about european players. Think Grassa is heading over to Romania next week..
  21. Gary MacSwegan! Why, I'll never know!!
  22. Hero - Graham Bayne, lead the line well this season and chipped in with alot of important goals, including two against the OF. Also due to the absence of Mr Dargo and Wyness. Others like Munro, Hastings and Wilson have also has good season, which CC han't been slow to point out. Villian - Blackie, too many suspensions and is too easily wound up by the oppostition. Must do better - Rory, keep the chin up! I think a loan spell and a regualar starting place would help his game improve!
  23. Apologies if this has already been mentioned so far today. But a big well done to the bunch of nutters who sang their hearts out this afternoon. They embarassed a large and quiet home support, with their non-stop singing. If it's the same bunch of lads who were at Stirling Albion, good oh yehs. Was excellent to see a lively Caley Thistle away support for a change this season. Hope this continues next year, I'd imagine most of the guys will be regulars in the singing section if it goes ahead. Only down point, nae need to rip into Big Dodsy! Save that for next season
  24. Premiership and Championship opposition is from the glamorous angle. Most team field weakened sides anyway. But as long as the squad get a good work out I'm happy!
